I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH CVS PHARMACY AT ***************************************** FOR MANY YEARS. TO MAKE A SIMPLE PHONE CALL TO THE PHARMACY ABOUT ANYTHING, REQUIRES YOU TO DEAL WITH A FAKE FEMALE VOICE, ASKING YOU TO PRESS KEYS FOR PROMPTS. THE PROBLEM IS, IS THAT YOU NEVER GET THAT FAR, AS THE ***** BREAKS UP AND THE FAKE VOICE CONSTANTLY SAYS "SORRY", UP UNTIL THE POINT WHERE YOU NEVER GOT TO ACCOMPLISH WHAT YOU CALLED FOR AND THE FAKE VOICE SAYS "WE SEEM TO BE HAVING A PROBLEM" AND THEN SAYS, TRY TO CALL BACK LATER.....CLICK AND THEN HANGS UP. SO I CALL BACK AND HIT 2 ON THE PHONE TO SAY THAT I AM CALLING FROM A DOCTOR'S OFFICE AND TO GET SOMEONE THAT IS A HUMAN. WHEN I TELL THEM THAT THE PHONE SYSTEM IS BROKEN AND HAS BEEN FOR .....YEARS, NOT DAYS OR MONTHS, ...YEARS. THE RESPONSE I GET IS EITHER "SORRY" AGAIN OR JUST WHAT IS YOUR BIRTHDAY, TO GET MY INFORMATION. THERE WERE NUMEROUS TIMES I CALLED AND SPOKE WITH THE STORE MANAGER AND TOLD HER THAT THIS HAS BEEN A CHRONIC ON GOING PROBLEM, WHICH NEVER EVER GETS FIXED, I GET ANOTHER "SORRY" AND THEN GET TOLD SHE WILL TELL THE *************** TO CALL ME. I ASK IN CURIOUS AMAZEMENT, WHY I CAN'T JUST BE SWITCHED OVER TO THE ***************. THEY HAVE SEPARATE PHONE SYSTEMS???? SO NOW, THIS, WHAT SHOULD BE A 5 MINUTE PHONE CALL REQUIRES ME TO CALL TWICE AND THEN HAVE TO WAIT FOR A CALL BACK FROM SOMEONE IN THE ***************. A TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME. I EVEN CALLED THE HOME OFFICE IN WOONSOCKET, ***, EXPRESSING MY CONCERNS ABOUT THIS TOTALLY FLAWED PHONE SYSTEM, THAT ESSENTIALLY TORTURES THEIR CUSTOMERS AND PATIENTS. A MULTI BILLION DOLLAR CORPORATION AND THEY CAN'T MAKE A SIMPLE FIX OR RATHER DUMP THIS DEFICIENT PHONE COMPANY AND GET A NEW ONE. IT IS MORE THAN OBVIOUS TO ME NOW, THAT NO ONE AT CVS CARES ENOUGH OR HAS THE RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE ALL CUSTOMER SYSTEMS ARE GOOD AND UP AND RUNNING. ABSOLUTELY NO ONE IS HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR SUCH AN ABJECT FAILURE. IF IT WASN'T SO CONVENIENT, IWOULDBE LONGGONE

**************** is brutal. The person is not knowledgeable or educated enough to know why a person needs a prior authorization or how the process works. Very robotic reading a screen with limited policy information. Medication that sustains quality of life should not be directed to customer service representatives that has no medical knowledge.

They do not truly care about the people. They dont know their own policies and have to read them and dont have explanations for why certain things are in place. My plan was changed and locked in to only one provider and they denied me my medication after a surgery. This has been a really awful experience with them. If you have any option do not use them.

CVS Caremarks decision to drop coverage of ******** is a reckless, profit-driven slap in the face to millions of Americans battling obesity and chronic disease. Zepbound isnt some luxury drugits a critical, science-backed treatment prescribed by doctors to help patients regain their health and avoid long-term complications. Cutting off access to this medication doesnt just defy medical logic; it shows a cold disregard for the real people depending on it to live longer, healthier lives.Lets call this what it is: corporate greed masquerading as cost control. CVS isnt protecting patientsits padding its bottom line while putting vulnerable lives at risk. Decisions about care should be made in exam rooms, not boardrooms. CVS Caremark should be held accountable for this shameful move, and lawmakers need to step in before more lives are compromised by shortsighted, bottom-line health policies

I have had nothing but stress from this company. They continually charge me for prescriptions I don't have to pay for that my insurance pays for. I have been on the phone for approximately three and a half hours and I got refused by one of their employees to fill my prescription until I paid a very small balance that my insurance covers

Does not follow prescription or file comments. They either send the wrong quantity or the wrong medication all together

I have had difficulty receiving medication on several occasions causing me to run out. I have been told I have to go thru them for 90 days supply or I would have to start paying out of pocket

Unbelievable!!!! I can't say enough bad things about this company. I am now afraid to even go to a doctor due to the problems that will arise when the billing is initiated. How can a company servicing so many people be so inept? I pray I live long enough to last the remainder of 2025 so that I can leave this company and begin to live again.
