      I went the CVS to purchase a ************ Gift Card for $500.00 and the store fail to activate my card. The CVS Drugstore said it was out of there hands and told me to contact the ************ Gift Card people and I did and never got my money back or another Gift Card or anything. I need my money back or something. This happen on June 23, 2022. I have never seen anything like this and Im 65 years old. I have done everything they told me and still nothing.

      On behalf of CVS Pharmacy, I would like to apologize to ************** for the problem she encountered with a Pre-Paid card purchased at CVS Pharmacy. 

      CVS Pharmacy is responsible for the successful activation or reloading of these products, which can be confirmed on the original register receipt. CVS Pharmacy is not responsible for lost or stolen cards, or funds used without the cardholders authorization.Prepaid products are sold as a convenience to our customers and are subject to any activation, registration, fees, or usage terms as provided by the cards respective company.

      In ****************** case, we reached out to the vendor and verified the cards were successfully activated at the point of sale. As a courtesy, we requested the cards be deactivated and credited. Unfortunately, our request was denied as the funds were successfully sent to Vanilla

      At this time we respectfully ask ************** to reach out to Vanilla directly for any further assistance.
