Chris performed my annual termite inspection January 3, 2024. He was courteous and professional. He drew a diagram of the crawlspace and explained everything very clearly on his written report. No one else has ever drawn a diagram. I was astounded. He was excellent, very knowledgable, and very efficient. I am grateful for his dedication to doing an outstanding job. He was very conscientious and very professional in his customer service.

Jeff from Aiken pest control came out today to Tri-Development Center and he has done a great job. Since he have been coming out we have seen very few insects. Very efficient, positive attitude and demeaner. and he always has a smile on his face. great customer service. We are very pleased with his service.Aiken Pest Control

We had Len and Pilot out to do an inspection on our house for pests and bugs. They were very professional, arrived on time, and were patient in explaining what we needed. They did a thorough job removing cobwebs and spiders around the exterior of the house and sprayed to keep away a number of bugs, including tiny ants which have created havoc on our AC units and On Demand Water Heaters in the past. We have used Aiken Pest for years in regards to termite inspections and are happy to now add this service to our account.Aiken Pest Control

We had our initial pest control visit today. Len Pilot did the new or

I have been using Aiken Pest Control since I moved here 15 yes ago and have had nothing but excellent service. They have handled every problem I could throw at them. Snakes, yellowjackets and bugs I didn't even know existed!.
The service, and office staff have been excellent and service staff always on time. This week Eric was on time, checked in and asked if there were any specific problems and if I had any inside issues.

The Tarrs just had a wonderful experience with Dale at our ******** residence. My wife and I were attempting to lift a heavy glass table top into our SUV. We were struggling. Dale, who was servicing our home, observed our difficulty and came over immediately to offer help. He solved the situation and helped us load the table top. To us, his gesture was extraordinary. We could not thank him enough. Dale deserves every credit. He is an asset of considerable value to Aiken Pest Control, but then I really do not have to tell you that. He deserves every reward from you for representing the company in such a meaningful manner. By the way, he is also an excellent tech! But I feel sure you already know that as well!Aiken Pest Control
