Len did a great job today. He was very nice to talk to. Explained what he was doing and answered all of my questions. He said not to hesitate to call if there were any issues later. All done in a very efficient and professional manner. Thank you Len and Aiken Pest Control.

I called a few places before finding Aiken Pest Control & they were the only ones I called where I didn’t get an automated service. I talked to a very friendly woman who was able to schedule someone to come out within 2 days of me calling. Our tech, Josh M. was great! Very thorough. We moved to Aiken 2 weeks ago and rented a townhome, and a few days later started finding what we thought were mouse droppings in the living room. The landlord asked Aiken Pest Control to deal with the situation and they sent Ivan. He arrived right on time and was friendly, professional, forthright, and knowledgeable. Long story short - he diagnosed the "droppings" as a type of small beetle that had been getting in through cracks in the door and dying in the living room and treated the exterior. He also gave us further guidance to mitigate the issue. Based on our experience today, I highly recommend Aiken Pest Control and Ivan.Aiken Pest Control

We started our pest control service this week with Len who arrived just as scheduled. He was friendly, informative, thorough and instilled confidence that he and Aiken Pest Control knew what to do. I had a great experience with techs Blane and Ethan from Aiken Pest Control. They were both highly educated on the products used, were on time and extremely friendly and helpful. Having just moved to the area, having such kind techs explain how the products work and what I need to look out for was amazing. I am new to the South and had no idea all the bugs I had to watch out for. I had a terrible ant problem in my home and haven't seen an ant since! I can't recommend Blane and Ethan more highly as techs, they went above and beyond, even giving me the best local places to eat, shop, etc. That means a lot to someone when you have just moved to a new area. I couldn't be more pleased that they came out the next day after calling for an appointment, were very reasonable and the communication was great. We love having APC come treat our office! Jeff is always so nice and friendly. He always has a smile and laughs with us as he is goes throughout our office. On this particular visit, he was training a new hire, who was just as nice and laughing with us as we talked about different things. I think his name was Stan (sorry if that is not right).
