    On March 14 2025 I paid Richardson Bookkeeping $175 for filing my 2024 tax returns. The documents she requested were uploaded March 16. I got no acknowledgement that they were received. I followed up on March 24 and March 25. Still no response. I eventually got an email stating that a final review would be done by the weekend of March 25, but I still did not receive anything. I asked for a timeline as the tax deadline was looming but she said she could not give me one.
    On April 10 I asked for a fee refund so I could file my taxes elsewhere. I was sent a draft copy later that evening but I did not sign as there were a few lines that were not filled in and I had further questions I had asked her to look into. She said she try to find out more information but she did not get back to me.
    On April 12 I received an email stating that she had a family emergency and that she will file an extension and would waive the extension fee. I was anxious to file my taxes by the deadline and did so on April 14.
    Overall I am unhappy with the level of service I have received with Ms R********* and sent her an email on april 15 and 16, stating that and also requesting a refund.
    I believe she had ample time to file my taxes. She received it one month prior and if she felt she couldn't complete by the deadline, should have given me the option to file elsewhere. Instead, she further invoiced me for $50 which i assume is the extension fee.
    To date I have had no response from Richardson Bookkeeping.
