    We received notice from our NEW accountant that our 20** *** filing Isa completed for us was filled with so many errors, to the point where it now has to be refiled. This is going to cost us an additional $1,000 for our filings this year to fix and resubmit that ***.
    Given the multiple issues we had while she was completing this task, and ultimately the mistakes in her submitted work, we requested the $250 we paid her so that we can put it toward the resubmission to the IRS.
    This was her response:
    "I dont issue refunds after services like preparation or Bookkeeping has been completed.
    As for refund, Statue of limitation is 120 days and this is 352 days with the Bank or Credit card was charged. I reviewed those errors intentional and could have been adjusted by me other than the statement 4 that refers you to the statement 4 which is what is part of long sentence that is part of the Tax Preparation function that is not able to be avoided since that was the 1st year of the *** thats is not a postcard.
    Also I have done audits with CPA on my *** and had no issues before. I am sorry you are out $750."
    My new CPA even went as far as to mark up her *** and I sent it to her to show just how messed up it was. She does not care. Use ANYONE else.

    We hired Richardson Bookeeping to create a budget for us, and then help us maintain this budget in September 2021. The first couple months, she had some good ideas for our company which I appreciated. However, I noticed that she kept putting off the budget, and never really created one. She suggested that we set up **********, which I did. However, during the 6-7 months she worked for us, she did not refer back to a budget, and did not help us maintain a budget.
    I was hoping that by her company using QuickBooks I could just pass it off to my CPA and she wouldn't have to spend much time at all getting everything figured out when filing our taxes. Unfortunately, once my CPA looked at their work, she called me and told me it was done completely wrong.
    I then asked Isa to fix this, and I assumed I would not have to pay for her company's mistakes. I saw a bill for around $600 a few weeks later, and I also got another call from my CPA telling me their work was still totally messed up. I sent everything to another bookkeeper to review it, and she agreed that it was just not even close to being accurate. I then asked another bookkeeper to review it, and she said the same thing.
    I spent about $2,600 paying Richardson bookkeeping, and then I spent another $1,500 for another bookkeeper to start over and do everything correctly.
    Until that point, I had assumed that the work had been done by Isa, or at least at Richardson Bookeeping’s office. However, during our final call Isa said something about “well, the contractor that was assigned to your account…” and it sounded like she slipped up and didn’t mean to say that, because she had never mentioned this contractor before. I had never spoken with this contractor. This contractor clearly had no idea how our company was run. I asked for a refund, and she refused stating that they do not offer refunds. I would not recommend hiring this company.
