    I purchased an outdoor swing at a fair in September 2024. The business owner said the item would ship in 4 to 6 weeks. I have not received the order. I have several text messages from the owner promising shipment. I finally opened a case with my credit card company to try and charge back the order. I also called the manufacturer of the item and they said this has happened several times as they had received several calls. This person who sold me the chair is not an authorized vendor of theirs. This was fraud!

    Date - Oct 19, 2025 I bought an EZ Hang Chair from Jason Becker at the Fairhope, AL Jubilee Festival (in Daphne, AL). I paid $434.91 for the macrame's hanging chair, to be shipped directly to me. The price included shipping and tax, was to be shipped early 2025. I never got the chair - we texted back and forth on Jan 26 and Jan 27, 2025 (so I know this was his phone #). I texted (and called) multiple times since then, with no response. I emailed/called the Daphne Chamber of Commerce - they let me know 6 other patrons complained of the same issue - order, payment, no delivery. And the vendor had not paid his artist fee for the festival...

    I purchased a chair from Jason Becker on 08/31/24 at a festival in South Haven MI.i was supposed to see it end of October. Never received and called him. He said they had some backorder issues and would b sending out in couple weeks. End of November called him and he said they were shipped and was surprised we hadn't received. I said I wanted tracking number. He said he was going to get chair sent out. So from December to present I have called and left messages. I have emailed him and texted. No return call. I called my bank and they told me to request a refund to my credit card which I did in a message but which he ignores. I'm so frickin mad. 428 dollars may not b much to some people but to me it's alot. This guy is a crook and has no intention of sending out these chairs. He should b in jail. My next step is filing charges for theft with his local police dept. This guy is knowingly stealing from people. I to know where he lives and I'm sure his wife is in on it to as it list her on his business. The last time I talked to him he said he was at a festival in Florida and would check on it as soon as he got back. We'll that never happened. Also my sister bought a chair the same time I did and u guessed she hasn't received hers either and gets no response back. I just want my money back. I work hard for my money and I can't believe this guy can just steal money from people. Jason Becker get a job!!!! You are a thief and I dont know how you can get up every morning and look at yourself in the mirror. I WANT MY MONEY BACK JASON BECKER!!!

    I purchased a swinging porch chair from Jason Becker at the River Market in Savannah, GA on 24 MAY 2024. The charge on my credit card matching the purchase order receipt given of $640.93 shows the merchant as Bluffton Hammocks. I sent an follow up email from voice call on 17 AUG 24 with all delivery information as well as po receipt info. He replied he would get back with me on Tuesday. I resent email 3 Sep with f/u vm 9& 12 SEP. VM on 1 Nov w f/u text from him on 2 Nov stating same as prev email. 2 DEC another text, 18 Dec another text sent, he responded will be home Tues & get back to me. Sent Texts with pics of purchase order and delivery info. Multiple other call attempts. Has not responded and have not received product or refund.

    Never received the product. Was told multiple times of back orders and issues with delivery. Eventually requested a refund and all attempts at a response have gone unanswered.

    I ordered a swing from this business on 10/13/24 at a festival in ** ******** Was promised delivery in 4 weeks . After no arrival I reach out by phone number and was told the package was broken and would be delivered by the new year. Attempts to contact after that have resulted in no response.

    I ordered a swing from Mr ****** at the Festival in ******, AL on 10/19/24. I was told delivery would be in a couple of weeks. No delivery. Called right before Thanksgiving and was told orders would be shipped out the next week. Nothing. Called last week and was told my order was damaged in shipment and another one would be shipped out asap. He assured me he would send a tracking number. Nothing. I called yesterday and again today, nothing.

    I finally received my merchandise but that was only after contacting this business several times each week, demanding tracking info.  I would never recommend this business to anyone, but did finally receive my merchandise.  Thank you

    On August 25 2024 ***** ****** dba ******** ****** charged me 1,175.93 at the ***** ****** ******** in ******** for an EZ Hang chair which he promised to deliver in 4 to 5 weeks. He has not delivered it. I opened a dispute with my credit card agency, ***** lied to them, stating that the goods were delivered to me that day. I have (3) other adults who were present that day who can testify that goods were not delivered, a promise to deliver was made. Two of those adults can also testify that the goods have never been delivered. Looking into this, I found out that ***** has a reputation for doing this; he is no longer welcome at several markets due to multiple complaints. I spoke to a previous supplier of his, who dissolved their relationship after ***** ran up 140K in unpaid invoices. Looking at this BBB page - I see that I'm not the only one ***** has defrauded.

    I purchased 2 hammock chairs for $896.55 from ***** ****** (jb chairs) on 6/30/24 in Savannah Georgia at a vendors market on River Street. I was told that they would be delivered in approximately 10 weeks. I contacted ***** ****** on 10/27 and asked when I would receive my chairs, he told me that they would be shipped the following week. I then contacted him again 2 more times and was told the same thing and that he was sorry for the delay. Once I though that I had been scammed, I contacted the person responsible for booking vendors on River Street in Savannah, she told me that she had several complaints that he wasn’t sending the product or giving refunds. She told me that he had been banned from selling there for now on.

    I ordered a hanging chair and cover on 9/21/24 and charged it to my credit card. I was told that it would be 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. It has now been over 9 weeks and I have not heard anything from him. I emailed him on 11/13/24 with no results. Today I called him....it went straight to Voicemail.
