    The owner, ***** ****** sold a swing/ hammock item using an invoice number 752200 and his information was noted on the invoice. The item was never delivered as explained in September and the money has not been returned as of yet His phone  . The item was purchased for $1175.93 on August 3rd in ***** ******* ******* *******

    I bought a hammock from ***** ****** on 6/8/24 in . He was a vendor set up at an event. I paid him $747.93, which shows on my credit card statement 6/10/24. I unfortunately don't have the receipt anymore, but I have my bank statement showing the date, amount, and company. I have contacted Mr. ****** multiple times over the past few months. He responded to an an email on 9/11/24 and said he'd been in the hospital and the chair would be shipped the following week. I have followed up again on 10/18/24 and 10/25/24, asking for a refund at this point. He has not contacted me except for that one time.

    Date of transaction was 6/15/24 in ********************** at a Craft Fair. I purchased 2 outdoor swinging chairs from *** CHAIRS. Waited for a couple of weeks for chairs to arrive and they never showed up. Started trying to contact the company (JB Chairs) by phone with no answer but leaving messages. Finally after several attempts I received a call from the owner of JB Chairs apologizing for the delay that he was having warehouse issues and would get the chairs out right away. Waited a couple of weeks and no chair or communication. Mind you, this is has been going on for 4 months. I have talked to the Outdoor Republic (supplier of the chairs). He resales there chairs and I have found out his account from them has been frozen for lack of payment. Obviously, JB Chairs is going around these Craft Festivals in the Southeast representing outdoor chair products he can't produce. He has $853.86 of my money I gave him on a debit card on 6/15/24 and he ran thru my bank on the 17th, 2024 and i do not have my chairs or money. This gentleman is going around the Southeast basically misrepresenting himself and taking peoples money which is basically stealing. I talked to one of owners of his supplier and this isn't the first complaint they have received about him. Something needs to be done and I want my money back.The last time I talked to him mid October he told me my chairs were on the way and would be here within a week. No chairs or contact.

    We purchased a double hammock swing with the wooden stand, cover, and springs at a craft fair in ********** ** on June 8-9, 2024. ***** said it would be shipped within a couple weeks. I contacted him in July and he said the stand was delayed but would be shipped by the end of July. To date we have not received anything and my attempts to contact ***** have gone unanswered. I tried email, text, and phone messages.

    Purchased swing from **** ****** from ***** ****** in ******** ******* on 10/21/2023. Was told delivery would be February or March 2024. No delivery and contact was made with *****. He advised all orders had been shipped. After explaining I didn’t receive my swing I told him I would like a refund, which I was told would be given. Several weeks passed and no refund. Made contact again and was told a check was being issued. No check received. Last contact made with ***** he told me he was in the hospital and as soon as he was back on his feet I would receive my refund. Still no refund as of 08/12/2924.

    April 29, 2024 ********* ******* $853.86 JBchairs *** ******** ******* * ********* ** I purchased 2 Hammock chairs and have not received them as of yet. I have had multiple calls and text to ***** ****** (jbchairs) asking for my money back since I have not received the chairs and no longer am interested in them since all of this time has passed. I have continually asked him for the debit tracking number (as my bank requested) since he claims the money has already been sent back to my bank. He has provided nothing.     9/15/23 i order a swing in Savannaah **, from ***** , i have called him at least 6 times he calls back and said it was send than it was not he said he send my money by end of the week but did not say what year i just want my money back.
