If I could give a negative rating, I would. This process has been a torment for my financial and emotional well-being. It all began on March 31, 2025, when my husband and I went to the dealership looking for an SUV priced under $12,000. We were assisted by a very kind saleswoman, but the aggressive manager, *****, kept pushing a vehicle he referred to as the "crown jewel"a 2017 Nissan with low mileage. However, the car had been previously damaged, with a Big dent on the right side and a cracked LIGHTBULB.Both ***** and the finance manager, *****, assured us that the car would be delivered in perfect condition in a couple days. That same day, we made a $2,000 dw pymt and the following Monday, we provided a cashiers check for the remaining balance of $11,****** summarize, the vehicle was never properly repaired, so we decided to cancel the deal. Important note: The car NEVER left the dealership, and I NEVER TOOK POSESSION OF IT even though I was required to purchase insurance. I complied, taking out a policy with Progressive, which resulted in an unnecessary expense of $149.60 for one month of coverage. The treatment I received from the sales manager, *****, was humiliating and dismissive. Was it because I am a woman? A ******? Of darker complexion? I felt deeply disrespected by him and another finance manager. The refund process took 2 weeksfrom March 16, when ***** finally provided me with a crooked photocopy of a check request he had submitted to his accounting department, until April 1, when they finally handed me the check. If that werent enough, last Friday, I received a letter from the South Carolina DMVV stating that I was involved in an issue regarding a vehicle in operation without insurance. The dealership, Vaden Nissan, NEVER CANCELLED THE PURCHASE with the ****** further exacerbating my problems and distress. This is simply unacceptable and unfair. I really HOPE they cancel it this week as supposed ***** AWARE !!

If I could give them a 0 star I would. Worst Nissan dealership i have ever dealt with. I have purchased 5 Nissans and 2 Infinitis. I w been dealing with an issue since Nov 2024 My check engine light came on was the start of all of this. I immediately drove up to Vaden Nissan in *********** and after them guessing on repairs and telling me it was okay to drive my car and spending $2000 the issue has gotten worse and MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE TO FIX. i now have a huge issue on my hands. Many more problems after taking to another dealership costing me $3000 (this is a 2023) and more now. All due to Vaden Nissan service telling me it was ok to keep driving my car * I EVEN SENT EMAILS TO GENERAL MGR OF SERVICE * No reply * then GENERAL MANAGER OF VADEN *Xavier * SHOCKING TO NO REPLY THERE EITHER. LEFT 4 voice mails for management with NO RESPONSE. NOW working with Grainger Nissan in ********. They are helping me but now Nissan Consumer Affairs is involved. I have never had such poor service in my life

I traded my **** A6 a year ago for a Range Rover only to have the computer shut down on me 25 days later. The salesman ***** told me hed put me in a dodge ram 2500 for 90 days as a favor to him(to get it off their lot) as he put it. After the 90 days I would be able to bring the truck back that I didnt want and pick whatever I wanted. Sounds good right? Not even a month later as I was sitting in the grocery store parking lot I noticed smoke coming from the engine. I got out and noticed a reddish orange liquid pouring out from underneath. I got the truck towed to the dealership and got a loaner car awaiting service to be completed. I got the truck back months later and 2 days later the same thing happened! This will be the 5th time Ive gotten it towed to vaden for the same exact thing! On top of that they wont give me a loaner! I do NOT recommend!

Bought a 2023 Murano on January 19th. Part of the sale was they “Owed” me ceramic window tint, we’ll get to that later. Got it home same day and saw scratches in the front windshield where the dealer had scrapped off the stickers, deep scratches in the drivers side A-Frame, and one of the key Fobs didn’t work at all. Got with sales right away to address issues.
Four days later I receive a call saying everything was fixed. Showed up to pick the car up and the key fob hadn't been fixed, the windshield was still scratched and the paint job was like an orange peel. Showed the GM everything that was wrong with it and he said he’d have everything done within a week due to his glass guy not coming back until the week after. I stated that if they couldn’t buff the scratches in the windshield out and a replacement was needed to call me first to discuss and that I would not accept an aftermarket windshield. A week later I was told the car was ready again. Key fob worked, windshield still scratched, and there was dirt under the most recent paint job.
Fast forward 2 weeks later, I was told that the car was ready. The key worked, the paint actually looked good, and the scratches were gone in the windshield. The reason the windshield was good is because they replaced it. I never received a phone call as discussed previously AND they put an aftermarket windshield in.
I at this point refused to accept the vehicle and requested they find me another Murano which they agreed to.
Fast forward to the beginning of July. I couldn’t find the tint company’s info from the original sale so I reached out to the original salesperson. No response. I called and left messages with the finance and sales team to have someone call me. No return phone calls.
I obtained the new GM’s name at the Hilton Head dealership (Xavier) and have called and left messages for him to call me to discuss at least 4 times. NO RESPONSE!!

We have been put through the ringer with this dealership! My son bought his car in January. By the end of February he had to take it back in for overheating. They filled the coolant and sent him on his way. After several more visits, they finally decided that the water pump had gone bad (something they should've caught in one of the first 4 visits). Fast forward to May, it starts overheating again as well as misfiring. When we took it in to be looked at again, rather than discussing the necessary repairs, they reverted to high pressure sales tactics. Of course when we mentioned that it would require that he gets a full refund on his broken vehicle, purchased at that very dealership, they scoffed and said they would roll $13000 into a new car! Fast forward to now, August 11, 2023, they've had the car for THREE MONTHS! The extended warranty company insisted on sending someone to inspect the vehicle. Thank God for them! They insisted that the engine be replaced with a brand new one. This was all done in the first week. The dealership has "ordered" the new engine 4-5 times and it "couldn't be found" multiple times. Three months into all of this, not once has a phone call from the service department been received, nor a returned call after several messages left. Mind you, this entire THREE MONTHS my son has been driving my car, leaving me with no wheels until we finally just bought a small car from a family member, something we couldnt afford to do. So here it is 3 months of this ****, in the scorching SC summer, and my son's vehicle hasn't even been moved while sitting at the dealerships. In this heat, flat spots on the tires becomes a definite issue. My son stopped by the dealership again today and was told that they have the engine and someone would "get to it soon." All I can say is that they better take care of the $250 deductible and put tires on it. But I doubt they'll do the right thing. They haven't so far.

1.) They pushed us aside with our car during its life time 2,) no one returns our phone calls now that we no longer have the vehicle that we purchased from due to lack of communication from them 3.) not a single person has reached back to us to try and make this situation right after we have left numerous voice mails
