    I inquired about a 2024 xc60 listed on Autotrader msrp ***** with discounts being that its 2025 the price was down to ******. The sales manager wrote a proposal for full msrp as if the car wasnt listed for that price. Its listed on their own website for that price. Did he apologize when I spoke with him? Nope he was rude and only wanted to focus on my trade which I already had appraisals for higher than his. His reaction was unbelievable and unprofessional. I write this because I am sure Im not the only one who has experienced this with this dealership. Needless to say I did not do business with them. - ****

    David ******, a salesman from Hilton Head Volvo,SC sold my 90 year old father who is legally blind in his left eye, can hardly walk, has not driven a car in over 2 years and has memory problems (one night when he was driving, I followed him post a dinner out and he could not find his way home, he eventually did). A month ago he asked me why did we take his car away? My response was Dad one simple example was after dinner 2 years ago you got lost going home, I followed you. His response, I dont remember that. I said, exactly that is why all your kids took your car away. You had 3 dents in your car that you dont know how they got there. My Dad has to be responsible, but the salesman has put my Dads life at risk and innocent peoples. I send this because this should be documented.One last thing, 2 doctors have told him he should NOT be driving. So he changed doctors.Charlie
