      Spartina bracelet I purchased is falling apart. Company states that since I did not buy it online, they will not rectify. Spartina logo is written on the bracelet.

      On 3/16/23 I made a purchase online for a Shirt priced at $64.80 and a bracelet priced at $32.00 plus taxes and shipping minus a first time buyers discount. I received the shirt and sent it back because it was too small. I never received the bracelet. The credit issued was for the bracelet at $29.17, which again I never received. They refuse to refund the amount for the shirt. I have tried to email the company several times and haven’t received a Response. There isn’t anyone that you can speak to on the phone. I have pictures showing the amount credited and a picture showing the items purchased-the only item you can track is the shirt proving the bracelet was never fulfilled. I’m seeking the money for the shirt to be refunded as I sent it back.

      I purchased two dresses from Spartina 449 in the amount of $165.22 on February 20, 2023. Upon receiving the dresses, I immediately boxed them up and returned them, via their ***** prepaid postage because neither dress fit. I received confirmation that the box was delivered on March 1. When I didn’t receive the anticipated refund, I emailed them on March 15 along with the ***** tracking information. I received a response (from ********* ******) on March 18 asking for the order number (***********) and I immediately responded with this information. That was literally the very last time anyone responded to my inquiries. I sent followup emails on March 22, 26 (asking for an escalation of my issues), and April 3. I’ve called numerous times and there is absolutely no way to talk with a person; you are instructed to email. I’ve tried reaching out via ********. All automated responses are the same “thank you for reaching out. We’ll get back to you”. I cannot believe they treat consumers this way. I have shopped this store often. All I want is my money back. I’m guessing that my items were lost in the warehouse, as I have proof it was delivered. I want a full refund, including the money that is usually deducted if you use their prepaid postage label. I feel this is owed to me for having to fight for my refund.

      Placed an order #****** for $157.85 Received confirmation of the purchase with the order number. Didn't hear anything for a week, so emailed. No response. Called 3 days after that. Automated response says backed up. On their ******** site MANY people saying the same; placing orders they are not receiving. And their website is still up and I'm receiving promo emails. No contact from them regarding my purchase and it has been 11 days.

      I placed an online order at Spartina449 for a purse and wallet on 02/25/2023.
      ORDER ******. Totaling $214.68
      I received an email on 03/01/2023 stating both items had shipped.
      On 03/06/2023 an envelope was delivered containing only the wallet.
      I’ve sent 2 emails to customer service and placed one phone call to customer service before I finally reached someone. The person I spoke to ensured me the purse had been picked and would ship soon. It didn’t. Again on March 11, I received a reply to my email stating the purse will ship soon.

      It is now March 24th and the purse still has not shipped. Very soon Spartina 449 will be in violation of the *** 30 day rule.

      I am seeking a full refund and I want Spartina 449 to pay the return postage to send the wallet back. Obviously I don’t need the wallet if they are not going to ship the matching purse.

      On March 11, 2023 I ordered two items from Spartina 449. Upon placing the order, Spartina did not supply an estimated shipment/arrival date, as most online retailers do.
      On March 15, I received an email with a tracking number from Spartina 449 that indicated that both items were in the shipment.
      On March 22, 2023 I received an email notice that only one item was out for delivery the next day.
      I sent several emails to Spartina asking when the second item would be shipped. I tried to call the number listed on their website. I have received nothing but automated messages by email and as a phone response.
      I cannot get any information about the approximate shipping date of the second item. I have been charged for this item.
      Can the BBB help me to track my item and its approximate delivery date? Otherwise, I must contact my credit card issuer and request to have the charge for this item reversed.
