      This company is worst. I made a mistake to order it online and didnt notice it was final sale. I called their customer service to return this. But they told me no due to final sales. Then I asked if you could make one time courtesy exception, since this was first time for me to request for return. They still said no. Then I asked if I can talk to their CEO or higher level manager for my return request. They told me their CEO can not be reached to talk to customers. Then they hung up the phone. Overall experience is not acceptable to me. They said I cannot damage the clothes and then return it. It is called fraud. I told them I am not that cheap to do it for return. I will donate it to any other people who could be a fit for the clothes.

      Beware. I purchased 2 pair of earring and a bracelet from the highlands store in **************. The bracelet was a birthday gift for a friend in mid October. We were out to dinner two weeks later and the bracelet fell off her wrist. I was embarrassed and told her I would take care of it. I reached out to customer service and they told me I had to contact the store directly. It took me several tries to get a person during open hours. I finally spoke with an associate and explained what happened. She said company policy is no exchanges on jewelery. I explained that it broke very easily and had only been worn very few times. She said again it was company policy, A $60 bracelet should last longer than that without any abuse to the piece. I will never buy anything again from them as they do not back their products.

      This company is garbage. They say they open for "customer service" calls at 8:30, but I called every 5 minutes from 8:30 to 9:17 and no one answered. I ordered my items on February 20th and still do not have them as of March 16th. They then said they were moving their warehouse and they were "working overtime to source my items." The items I bought were for a trip to ************ this month (I live in *********), but I had to take the trip without my dress, accessories and four beach towels that I ordered from this company. After repeated emails claiming they were now "scouring local retail stored to fill my order", and that the shipment was imminent (9 days ago), that it would get to me in the next couple of days (6 days ago) and yesterday I demanded a full refund and of course now they don't reply. This company has failed from start to finish. If they cannot answer the phone during their stated hours of business, then they shouldn't be in business. If they cannot fulfill orders, they shouldn't be so quick to post the payment (same day as order placed, not at time of shipping) and then fail to ship the items. This place is terrible.
