  In 2021 we had our kitchen done and we were really pleased with the results and the service. We recently had two-bathroom vanity countertops done and it was a complete nightmare. to make a long story short the management is none existing, and they do not care about the customer anymore the CEO hides from all problems and the manager tries to lie his way out of them. We had to travel 24 miles one way so many times to get things done and were ignored and lied to many times. It seems that the employees are afraid to say anything or lend a hand to help out anybody. It seems that the overall operation has deteriorated over time since 2021. I have so many examples of the poor service and would be glad to share them with anyone. (Way too many to write here)
  The salesperson that we had tried really hard and eventually got things right even though her hands were tied by management. She has since moved on to further her education. Also, the installation crew did a great job, however all of my overall experiences this time were miserable. unless massive changes happen, our next project will not be with East Coast Granite in Spartanburg.

  Commendations to the team at East Coast Granite in Spartanburg: Starting with Vitalina who helped us select our granite for kitchen countertops through Serg who is a genius at layout and on to installation with the team of Sergio, The are unusual in that they all take a sincere interest in details as if the project is for their own home. We are going back for the tile to complete the backsplash. They are priced competitively .

  Just moved to South Carolina and had marble countertops installed in our kitchen. Everything was of top standard, affordable prices, beautiful granite, wonderful customer service, clean and well maintained… definitely gained a lifetime client.

  East Coast Granite installed my kitchen marble countertops and master vanities. They also did our fireplace that I personally designed with Robin by selecting two large marble slabs and binding them to the wall all the way to the ceiling. The result was phenomenal. Everyone who sees my fireplace is impressed. It’s the focal point of our whole living room.
  They had to reschedule my template due to someone catching Covid, but they called in advance and we worked it out. Other than that, it was a very smooth and positive experience.

  My sales representative did everything he could to convince me I needed to provide full payment upfront by promising a 6% discount if I did. I turned down the offer, but he then promised me a 6% discount anyway. I was never given any discount. In fact, they lied about the cost of the quartz countertops telling me it was $60 per square foot instead of $65 per square foot. They lied about the amount of square feet I needed, charging me for 50 square feet, when it was actually 43.3 square feet. They lied about the cost of the sink package, telling me it would be $249 for their sink and faucet; and then charged me $649 for the sink package. (A friend called to ask how much the sink package cost. He was also told $249.) They lied by omission, by not telling me of several expensive hidden charges, such as cutting out the quartz for the stovetop, charging a freight fee, and even charging for extra items I didn’t want and never received. Even when I asked for a written invoice of all expenses, he only listed three, including the price of the countertops, the price of the sink package, plus $250 for cutting the stone for the sink. I spent an hour with the sales manager disputing several unfair charges, but at the end we still over $1000 apart. Nevertheless, I met them halfway, and paid them an additional $537 which covered the lion’s share of hidden charges. Now they are sending me threatening letters saying they are turning over my “debt” to a collection agency and intend to put a lien on my home. Do not use this company. They baited me with a low price on the stone, only to try to gouge me with expenses never mentioned. Even though the work done was satisfactory, they can’t be trusted on the price. I give them the lowest rating, just as I flunked college students who tried to cheat by deliberately plagiarizing. If you cheat to win, you already lost.
