    My lease ended August 28, 2024. On August 14, i informed management that i was vacating the apartment, understanding that i would not receive deposit until after lease ended. I scheduled and attended the move out inspection with management. I received a clean apartment, no damages full refund from inspection manager. On September 15, i reached out to ask about my deposit refund. They sent me an inspection notice performed on September 11, with penalties for dust and dirt in apartment. After many email exchanges they agreed to refund my full deposit. They have yet to do it. It has been 47 days since my lease ended

    We strive to provide the best service and ensure everyone has a positive experience at our community.  We work with all residents and former residents to ensure that any issues that arise are addressed promptly.  We addressed Mr. F******'s concerns regarding his charges at move out and removed all the charges he was not in agreement with.  He has received his revised move out statement and his refund check was issued and mailed to the address he provided.  We would be happy to provide any additional information or assistance that is needed.

    I moved into 17south apartments in August 2023. When I moved they put me in an apartment with no working AC. They said it would be fixed within a week. In fact they even changed my lease move in date and it still was not fixed. I did not receive any compensation regarding rent and did not get even a portable AC unit until almost a month later. It is now March and I still don’t have working AC or heating. I have reported it multiple times and only one person came to look at it back in October. I am fed up and will not be paying rent to live somewhere without working AC or heat. They gave me two portable small units but I have to pay for the power it uses and it’s dangerous to run all the time, especially in the southern heat.
