    I moved into the complex, 17 South Apartments, that's owned by West Shore LLC. Janet is far removed from this planet, she's horribly unprofessional, improperly trained, a l***, and neglectful property manager. She alone had maintenance enter my apartment with no 24-hr. notice on 06/16/2025 disrupting my sleep for my overnight job with causes a flare with my chronic illness and rendered me unable to work my overnight shift that evening. The move in paperwork and the tenant inspection for my unit was submitted within 48-hrs of 05/10/2025. Janet went above and beyond on 06/24/2025: due to ignorance and lack of investigation, she accused my roommate and I of destroying the dishwasher that was damaged prior to move in. Now, she's trying to charge us for her insanity! I came back home to the South after a terrible marriage for the hospitality not the blatant disrespect and hostility. To add insult to her existing injuries, she cannot be bothered to send appropriate updates - calls, texts, emails, or any portal communications regarding these matters. She was supposed to inform us of a unit we could utilize for washing and drying our clothes since we pay additional monthly fees for a broken-down dryer and a breaking down washer. SHE NEVER DID. I'd make a better property manager.
