  Thomas was professionally persistent with me over several weeks. He was patient as schedules were constantly changing. he remained in contact with me throughout, and was very responsive when I had questions or concerns. The price I was quoted was the price I paid.

  I work with these (2) guys , Jason the first go around ,
  for dropping off my vehicle, and Thomas for getting it delivered back to me. They both are some guys to work with. They kept in contact with me all the way to end. I will definitely refer them to whomever needs transport. ????

  Got my car shipped from CA to VA right before thanksgiving.
  Pro’s: it came a day early. My car came in the same condition it left in. My items were still in the car!
  Con’s: the confirmation date of pick up was very late, about 2 days before.
  I was originally quoted $950. Then once the price changed to $1080 because he “couldn’t find a driver that would accept the original quote”. It just so happened that my friend and I were shipping cars at the same time via auto freight. He sent us both the same copy/paste message about how they couldn’t find a driver for the original quoted price and had to give a higher price, even though he “didn’t benefit from it”. Ok fine. So I did packed my car. The ENTIRE car. I again - just so happened to have another friend that shipped her car with auto freight just two weeks earlier (she actually gave me the recommendation). They quoted her a lower price and only charged her $150 for packing her car the same exact what that I did. When the guy came to pick up my car, he made me pay him an extra $350 on the spot to take my car?
  I text the original person that gave me a quote and he seemed shocked that this occurred and said that I was unable to get my money back. So, all in all I paid about $1400 instead of $950. So just be prepared to pay a lot more than you were quoted. Extra costs during a move is always annoying.

  Dear  Keyondra W*****, I want to sincerely apologize for any discomfort or frustration that has been caused by our company, and I appreciate you bringing this to my attention. Your comfort and satisfaction are important to us, and I hope we can move forward positively. 
  
  Actually, confirmation of driver will be same timeframe in all broker companies, because, our carriers do not book with us more than 3 days before, we did quite big research and found 5 star rated and fully insured carrier for your car transport order.
  
  There was a bit shortage of reputable carriers on this route, and it caused increase on the price, the increased amount was $130, but we booked the driver with your confirmation, if you did not agree, we would not book the carrier.
  
  However, I appreciate that your friends chose our company and their order were taken care of perfectly, because, they informed us about personal items, and we negotiated with carrier for that and shipped the car with items for better price.
  
  We did not know that you have personal belonggigs inside the car, that is why driver charged you more than expected, Moreover, we mentioned in our contract, if you put more than 150 pounds of personal items, you will be charged more
  
  So, please try to understand us too.
  
  In order to compensate the increase on the price, we can refund the partial deposit ($100) to your credit card, if you want
