      I worked with Kevin to get my vehicle transported from NY to Florida.
      There were a couple of challenging moments but Kevin was able to resolve the issues and got my vehicle picked up and delivered very timely.

      Had my bike shipped from Florida to New Jersey
      Arranged in couple conversations as if I overnighted the bike
      No bullshit straight forward prices
      bike came undamaged was properly professionally handled
      The drive was super cool guy wishing him and his family the best in the short conversation we had

      Simon was amazing! I was going back and forth deciding if I was going to Ship my car, I was afraid of all the bad reviews but Simon convinced me to give him a chance and he did not disappoint. With the last minute notice he was able to get someone to pick up my car the next day and was delivered in a timely manner and at an amazingly affordable rate. He’s very efficient and communicates promptly. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to ship their vehicle in a long haul

      They have a person called Alex who will keep harassing you.
      I have asked him to STOP in at least three occasions.
      Anyone like that, I would not want to do business with.

That was automated message and Alex did not send it by himself, he had family emergency, that is why he could not cancel your order on time, as soon as He came back to office, he deleted your info from message list.       I had Thomas reaching out to me (Spamming me with multiple text a day). I responded to him and told him I would not need his services. He asked if he could understand why, so i list out multiple items. He came back to me asking if he could have one chance to fix some of my concerns. I gave him the chance and this is where things went bad. First he ignored the date i needed by car shipped and wanted to ship it 6 weeks before I needed it shipped. He also double the price he original quoted me. On top of that when I brought this up to him, he went as far as accusing me of "playing games with him" and that I am a "scammer". When i inquired further about his sudden outburst he responded back with "good luck being scammed with other companies and do not text or call me!" this was all after I told him i wasn't going to use him because I was going to tow the car myself. He obviously was not paying attention to anything I was saying.

      Bait and switch. They wrote up and signed a contract for $650 then changed their minds 2 days later and wanted to double the price. Completely unethical.

      Kevin was great and easy to work with. My car was picked up and delivered within the 4 day window that I expected!

      Last minute was able to get my Escalade shipped from Indy to Akron. Was dispatched and at my door within 45 minutes. Got my vehicle delivered fast and efficient. It was $500, but last minute on a Saturday was worth it to me to pay that and be done. Everything went as I was promised.

      Alex was phenomenal from the start to the end. We shipped our car from Cedar Rapid to Seattle. Good communication every step of the way. We had some changes to the pickup time and she took care of it and reminded us that she is our agent and was very happy to help and that was her job. Every time I text her, she responded promptly. The pickup and delivery was as promised!!! 100% stress free!!!
