      This is your classic bait and switch scam! I was told numerous times and signed a contract for the amount of $390 with deposit of 90.00. Deposit was made immediately. Never heard back that day about driver. Was
      Told I would hear back the next day. Next day was contacted and told price would be $650.00. I told them that was not the agreed price. He stated it was my fault as the booking fee took to long. I told him I paid it immediately it was his fault he did not find a driver. He stated he would find a new driver. I never heard back and demanded refund but was never given refund back! They steal your money and provide false information. Do NOT do business with them!

      Scam company . Quoted me a price and then after I paid deposit the price more than doubled. Went back and forth for a while and finally asked for a refund which they would not do. Then they threatened to send a truck with the local police and take my car without my permission if I did not pay them more money. I want my deposit back asap. I would give them 0 stars if I could

      Scam buyer beware! Signed a contract for my car to be transported. I messages the “logistics” coordinator a week before, a day before, the day of and was given the run around. Then around 3pm the day of the scheduled pick up they contacted me and said no one wanted to do my pick up because it was out of the way. Then offered a refund on my deposit. Then I got the email confirming my cancellation telling me they want to take my deposit for the work they did trying to schedule it. So their response about never refusing a customers deposit is a play on words. They won’t refuse but they want you to pay one way or another. Left us standard for our out of state move.
      I was told twice the night before he was in contact with dispatch to get the pick up time then never replied back for the rest of the night.
