      Absolute s*** bags !!!! I was quoted in writing a price to ship my car from California to Pennsylvania for $680 . This company contacted me every day for weeks with phone calls , emails and text messages asking when the car would be ready to ship and to sign their written contract . After I signed the contract they said the quote was no longer valid and it was now going to cost me $2,800 for the same service. They did not honor their written contract and attempted to force me into paying more money for the exact same service . They did attempt to charge my credit card , however I had placed a hold on all charges during that time . I have never dealt with a more un-ethical organization before in my life . Absolute s*** bags . DO NOT EVER USE THIS ORGANIZATION !!!!

      They Lied to me for weeks and then the day before the pickup, I called to get more info and they had increased prices by $700 now I am stuck trying to get my car shipped and out of lots of money. They should be out of business. They deserve a -0 rate

      This company isn't worth your time. Run away. We had a contract with them and three hours before they were scheduled to pick up our vehicle, Lisa called to tell us that the transporter did not have enough vehicles to make his trip worthwhile and the three of us that were scheduled would now have to pay $300 more. Our grandson was awaiting this replacement vehicle as his car died while he was at college. Fall break is coming next Monday and all campus facilities including the food court will be closed. He was in need of this replacement vehicle. The company was well aware that this was the situation. We decided not to trust them with this vehicle primarily because of this bait and switch situation. Our new carrier, came on the same day, picked up our vehicle and it's on it way to NC. honoring their quote.

      Bookers man, after being burned by a few others and I canceled before it began I felt I did my due diligence with Lisa and this company. They claim "we have our own trucks and drivers", they might on the pickup end but not on the delivery end. They claimed the driver could take a credit card and when the delivery company called, I asked and sure enough he didn't take credit cards and showed me the contract with COD listed. Lies, if I did need the car here when I did I wouldn't have booked it. When I spoke to Lisa about the COD as the delivery company said and had her on 3 way call with him she said she would send the money I paid via credit card to the delivery company via Zelle. When I worked it out on my end after never receiving a call back from Lisa he said they've done this before and didn't pay them as promised. Had I known about the delivery company on my own I would have used them from the beginning. They quoted me 1400 and put the delivery up for 1200 and then nickel and dime'd the transporter.

      The price they “it was not the price” then the date the car was supposed to be picked up. No one even called didn’t pick up the car then said that the driver got a higher price from another job then they wanted more money again do not do it then I got an email saying they were charging me $200 for canceling and they were going to use the deposit that I put down for that.
