    Stay Away from BoomTown - Scam Alert!I signed up for BoomTown and it has been a nightmare from the start. The leads they provide are either fake numbers or the leads opt out immediately, rendering them useless. As soon as the training is over, good luck getting any support from them because they are suddenly unreachable. I have been trying for weeks to get someone to assist me with my concerns, as I feel like I was completely misled. One of their representatives even assured me that I could cancel without any repercussions, but now they are denying ever saying that. It's clear to me now that they are running a scam. Their customer service is abysmal - they never return calls, and when I scheduled zoom meetings to address my issues, they never showed up. It's incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Not only are the leads questionable in quality, but it seems like BoomTown's practices are facilitating leads that are actively shopping around and engaging with multiple realtors simultaneously. This not only wastes your time but also puts you at a significant disadvantage in a competitive real estate market.The lack of transparency and integrity in their lead generation process is alarming and adds another layer of frustration to an already deeply flawed service. It's clear that BoomTown's priorities lie elsewhere, and customer satisfaction is not among them.
    Avoid the headache and heartache of dealing with BoomTown. Find a reputable and trustworthy real estate lead generation service that values your time and respects your business.
    I strongly advise anyone considering using BoomTown to steer clear. They are deceptive, unresponsive, and overall a terrible company to work with. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your real estate lead generation needs.
