This is the most unprofessional, untrustworthy, and scam of a business. My son had a flat tire pulled into a lot(on his street of residence) to go get someone to help/ call me. In that time a parking guy came up and still gave him a ticket. Horrible people and horrible rotten company!!!!!! Gave him a $75 ticket because he temporarily used the empty lot for an emergency. I called and tried to dispute it. They said you have to pay it he was in our lot. The person wouldn’t even give his name. Good luck contacting this company. They should not be able to legally operate. SHADY!

Parking slot not clearly marked for reserved slots. Violation was initially payment not found which send a proof to them. Now they changed that I parked in the reserved parking spot. Immediately after I parked, in 3 mins they left a parking violation paper. Because I was an out of state license plate, i feel that i was targeted for an easy violation fee of $50. 1) they need to clearly marked where to park within their parking area, 2) violation statement should be correctly cited as Parked in the reserved spot. They shouldn't get away with "final decision" which they didn't prove that i parked in the reserved parking area. It is a horrible company to run scamming easy out of state people.

received a $50 ticket after parking in a handicap spot with my handicap placard in the window. I disputed since there is no signage saying this spot located on the other side of the parking spaces belongs to them as well. Of course they did not agree to my dispute, but the credit company agreed with me. I had pictures of the space and the sign to the lot saying you need a permit. The handicap sticker is a PERMIT.

I disputed since there is no signage saying this spot located on the other side of the parking spaces belongs to them as well. Of course they did not agree to my dispute saying there are signs at the entrance. But all the “paid” spaces have numbers & the disabled doesn’t. After reading the other reviews I’m glad I didn’t have a boot. Also in the city of Charleston I can park at any meter or city owned garage for free on Sundays, this spot is closer to my work. I might inquire with the American with Disabilities Act & see what they say.

This company and its sister company Palmetto parking, it’s a scam. You pull into a lot, use their software as plainly stated to pay your parking fee. Then after you’ve left the parking lot a few minutes later, they’ll send you a notice that says that your payment didn’t go through, even though the credit card is totally fine. By the time you get back to the lot – maybe five minutes – your car is already booted and now your eight dollar parking is a $50 fee total complete scam! Beware!

This is a know predatory business who will take payment for full day parking and still put a boot on your car. The software company who collects their payments “does not condone their conduct but there is nothing they can do.” They are “well aware of the issue.”

As many other’s, my car was booted for a first time offense of time expired by 20 mins. I had already paid for 4 hours. The $50 penalty to remove the boot is beyond what is reasonable and a breach of reasonable standards of commercial practice, as the standard parking violation ticket in the City of Charleston is $14. I attempted to contact them, got voice mail and no call back. I find their practices to be greedy, excessive and predatory, and not in the best interest of the overall downtown Charleston area economy.

My partner parked at the parking lot for UPS, but had to grab stamps from the CVS next door first. They booted her car even though she was a paying UPS customer withing the 2 minutes she was in CVS. He claimed that she had to visit UPS FIRST and that she had been there longer than the alotted 15 minutes but the only reason she was there for 15 minutes was because he had booted my car. He also timed the ticket to make it look like I had been there longer than she was which seems shady at best. If we could give 0 stars we would.
She also had to wait 20 minutes despite having called a minute after the boot was put on.

In poor alliance with Palmetto Parking. Scam. Signage says pay to park 4pm to 7am. Nothing about being booted if used in their off hours. Texting their number to pay in advance messages they are closed. Welcome to Charleston. $50 unboot fee.
We paid an unboot fee at 4pm in an almost empty lot. Tried calling number given by boot driver as contact....no surprise. No answer or call back.

The owner of this building has two parking spots and has told them enormous amounts of time not to boot anyone in his spots. Not only do they continue to do so but they charge the owner of those spot to unboot his employees vehicles. It's outrageous how they conduct business. Not to mention the level unprofessionalism there employees have
