  Same as every other review below. Had a recent experience with them where a dermatoligist sent a skin sample from my 10 year olds rash to Vikor. Testing came back with over $1200 in charges for the testing. Crooked company that takes advantages of customers that are entrusting doctors to get reasonable test done for conditions. Took the invoice to the doctor and they didn't order many of the tests that were performed and these tests were determined by the lab. Will never use this group again! Was never given the option to pick the tests to be performed nor was I informed of the extremly high prices of "molecular" testing that did not need to be performed for a simple skin rash.
  
  Had similar testing run by a lab after a surgery to remove a skin spot and all the testing cost around $150 before insurance to get treated for a minor staph infection. The high bill mentioned above is not due to bad insurance and more related to the high prices charged by this lab.
  
  Beware of this lab and the responses to their reviews as not true that you have options, you are stuck once the doctor sends the sample for testing.

  I went to my in-network dermatologist back in August 2024, and they told me they were sending a swab culture off for testing. Paid $250 for that appointment to my doctors office. 4 months later I have now received a bill from Vikor Scientific for $406 (1,227.74 with insurance adjustments of $821.74). I have called repeatedly and sit on hold and get voicemail each time. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.

  On 4/1/24 I was seen by my primary care doctor for a UTI, I was advised that they would be sending the urine culture to Vikor Scientific because they may provide quicker results. Before agreeing, I was informed that Vikor Scientific's cost for the testing should not be over $50 after insurance. I received a bill for $912.21, and that was AFTER an insurance adjustment of $308.98. So, a bill that I was told would not be over $50, which I agreed to, due to the cost being comparable to what I have always been charged from Quest for the SAME testing was almost $900 more. If I would have known that having Vikor do the lab testing was going to be an ungodly difference to what I was told, I would have advised my Dr to use Quest as usual. I don't know how it is legal for them to charge $1,221.19 (before insurance) for a urine test, especially when I was told that the pricing would not be over $50. This needs to be rectified one way or another.

  This company is such a scam.
  I went to a dermatologist, in network for my insurance at the time, and they took a sample and (unknown to me) sent it to Vikor Scientific for diagnostic testing. 5 months later I received a bill for $571.34. The bill was originally $673.76, my insurance paid $102.42. A quick google search shows that this test can be done for as low as $47, and at most labs costs at most $150. I have called but have never been able to get someone on the phone. I am sure some medical issues require very advanced diagnostics, "genetic testing" however in my case I needed a very simple test. In the future I will make sure none of my medical providers use this lab, and will find a new doctor if Vikor Scientific is their preferred lab.

  I was offered this service from a dermatology office that a rep from this company apparently told the provider that this charge to patients would be no more than $25. We received a bill for $622.06 (with an insurance adjustment of $346 from $968). We have never had an issue with our insurance company, which is the largest in our state and nationwide, covering any service. I was surprised by this bill to which is ridiculous to swab for dry skin and have an initial charge of $968. I reached out to discuss this, and the option they gave was to pay 50% of the patient balance if it’s a one time payment, or space payments out monthly. I have attempted several phone calls and emails to which one phone call was responded to and one email was responded to. I am not happy that this company, to which I have seen on sites that it is apparently not even FDA approved, which I hope is not the case.

Our tests are complex molecular diagnostic panels, that do tend to have a higher cost associated to them compared to culture or other lab tests. That being said, we’re willing to honor the $25 payment in this instance. We will make sure the practice has a clear understanding of our compassionate billing policy moving forward. We’re a CAP accredited laboratory and we follow strict guidelines and regulations for all validated test panels.   Just received a bill from 2/6/2023! I've never heard of this company and they sent an almost $1,000 bill. They are not "in our plan" but the doctor/NP/PA is. I don't understand.

  I have been calling since November to settle a bill that was negotiated since apparently this provider is out of net work for my previous healthcare provider and prices were simply put, ungodly. Every time I call no matter the time of day, I’m asked to leave a message and to have billing department call me call back. I leave my full name, claim number, birthday and a phone number each time but for some reason, I cannot be contacted/transferred. Since November I have never received a call back. I can only imagine what my bill would look like now if I can ever get ahold of a representative. Everything was negotiated so that I can pay for services provided although when I call, I cannot pay? Do better.

  Inflated prices. United Healthcare states Vikor Scientific LLC is out of my network.
  Now i`m stuck with a huge bill.
  You go to your doctor. They order tests. You don`t have a menu of Vikor Scientific LLC prices in front of you, like every other commodity sold in the world. Months later you get a massive bill. Should be a crime to charge for services without providing the consumer with the prices they charge in advance.
  What I learned
  1. Before my doctor orders "anything at all" I call the Insurance company first, they are in charge
  2. Prices are inflated at Vikor Scientific LLC
  3. Ignorance costs you money and healthcare is a business
