      While in New Orleans on vacation, we were pressured constantly by this company to purchase their product. I finally relented after being told that the product was $599 then $300 and finally $150. The bottle does not seem full, in fact, I can barely feel anything in it. Additionally, as an incentive, they told me that they would give me another product for free if I purchased. The product that they gave me was Noella 24 karat therapeutic eye brightening cream. When I open the package, it had been used as a tester and was half full.
      Not only do they use high-pressure sales tactics and are unrelenting on every street in the French Quarter, but they also do not sell you the product that they say they’re selling you and are willing to sell you a tester as an incentive for buying? Not only is it unsanitary, but it is also poor business practices. Now I am stuck with this bottle of eye cream that does not work and half a bottle of eye brightening cream that has been touched by who knows how many people.
      The product I purchased was the power lift wrinkle filler. When they used it on me in the store, my eyes did look better but then when I got home, the product that they sold me
      didn’t work at all.

      While on vacation, we were dragged into their store by promising results of under eye bags. The owner (I think) was very personable and kept showing me improvements to my face and promising results with their products. I finally relented and he promised to write down instructions for use.
      After I got home, there was no instructions and I tried to read up on what to do to get the same results as the demo. The cream out of the dispenser did not look like the cream in the store. In addition, parts of it came out hard that could not be smoothened on the skin. Tried this for 2 nights and nothing happened. Also some of the hardened parts fell into the sink. By morning they were black.
      This is a scam and will contact my bank. Stay away from this company. Would like my money back regardless of the receipt stating no refund.

      Business uses hard sell tactics to sell a beauty product that does not provide the results they say. They should not be able to say that their product provides the results they claim, as it is false. It’s a scam and fraudulent.

      We recently visited your mall and purchased products from Bee & Co (Noella Cosmetics). Unfortunately, after we brought the products home, my wife discovered that one was completely empty, and the other two contained the wrong products. The contents were a totally different color than what was shown in the store. We feel taken advantage of, as we spent over $400 on these items. After looking into the company, we couldn't find them listed on Google. It seems like we’ve been scammed by this business.

      Sorry to hear you went through this, However, you reached the wrong business. we are not associated with that store and not involved in their daily operations either in any way. we suggest you go that specific store personally to get this issue resolved or maybe contact any phone numbers they provided to you. wishing you all the best.

      I bought eye wrinkle cream. The promise was that it would reduce wrinkles. I was told to wait 7 days before use. The 10 day refund policy was an option. I called an no one can answer my questions or refund me. The cream doesn't feel anything the same and does nothing. I can see that I was scammed and boy, does that hurt.

      I feel completely betrayed. This was so expensive..

      Was stopped while walking through the mall by a girl who rubs cream on your hand and then starts to talk about it. Brings you into the store and starts to use other creams on your face and talks about how great they are. The price keeps coming down as you keep on saying no. Then has you meet a girl who is “only in town for the day” but is the best in skin care. She continues to try to sell products to you starting at around $11,000. Every time you say no she tries something else on you. Sits you back down and continues to work on you. Ended up purchasing some overpriced cream just to out of there. Receipt was put in bag and I didn’t look at it until I got home. On the receipt it says all sales are final. This is never mentioned in the store and no signs saying that. There is a customer service phone number on the receipt but when I call it does not go through. This place is a scam. Avoid at all costs.
