      I had the same experience as the other customers. My husband and I were grabbed by a very aggressive salesperson ("Sara") and ended up paying $200 for their worthless products. Has anyone had any luck on refunds? My husband and I feel like idiots-- we are usually smart consumers.

      Bought this product after they used it in the store on my eyes and I saw a noticeable difference. However, after purchasing the product and using it at home,following the directions, it did not feel the same or do anything! I’m not sure they even used the same stuff in the store that I bought. Can’t return according to their policy because I opened and used the product once. Such a scam and very upset that we spent so much money on a horrible product. Not sure why they are still in business.
      Please don’t fall for the same scam people!!
      Not even worth one star for the money that we just lost, but had to mark at least one!

      I am so upset. My husband spent over $400 on skincare with a claim that we could get a reduced price on future purchases. This item is nowhere to be found online and after reading these reviews I feel so duped and upset that he waisted so much money on a gift for me. These products cannot be returned and it’s is clear from their website that they are scamming people because they offer almost no way to get in touch. I tried calling, no answer. Don’t be fooled! what a waste of money for like a tablespoon of product whose first ingredient is water!

      Don't go in! I bought the serum filler that the sakes person used on me the last time we were in Charleston. Went back to purchase it, was offered a complimentary facial, had to make an appointment to come back, offered to keep my serum purchase while we went to have lunch. Was getting my facial then it turned into a expensive sales pitch. The young lady that was giving the facial all of a sudden said it was $7999.00, but she could give it to me for only $5000.00. When I told her I couldn't spend that, she got nasty telling me that I wasn't interested in caring for my skin. I should have stormed out of there but didn't. So when I got back to my room I tried the serum that I purchased & It Wasn't the same that she had used previously. Don't know if she switched it for something else when we left to go have lunch or not. These people will harrsass you. I feel stupid for falling for this scam...I am out $200, but it's the principle of it.
