    Not even a 1 rating never go here, terrible management, my daughter signed a lease without anyone going over. There is no sort of human contact for assistance everything is automated when you get someone you get poor customer service. I myself am a leasing agent and would confirm an individual can in fact afford to pay the monthly rent prior to signing a lease this can affect the company's money as well as have a negative impact that can include a legal eviction on the student. These are still kids; they are praying on young individuals who are attempting to establish their own independence. My experience has been horrible a $30 application fee, that is okay but then $600 to do a screening for approval, however my daughters lease doesn't begin until January 5, 2024, and a lease was signed online November 17, 2023, without the leasing agents signature no monies or keys exchanged and in order to terminate literally the following day as my daughter signed the night before , as in the fine print it states it is not a binding contract until both parties sign and would be considered an offer instead. I called to explain the misunderstanding to terminate the non-binding contract she said she is going to sign knowing my daughter cannot afford. the contract that is not yet legally binding as the agent has failed to sign it would be $600 for the screening that is still not complete (I thought this was needed in order to determine illegibility.) This has to be illegal.
