      On 10/07/2022 I signed the contract for residential trash service and paid $108 to include $78 for residential trash service weekly, $10 for cart delivery and $20 for the setup fee. On 10/11/2022 I called to inquire about when I would receive my cart and what my service schedule was. They advised they would get the cart to me before Friday as that was my pickup day. On 10/18/2022 I had to call five times to speak with someone regarding the fact that I still had not received my cart. They assured me I would receive it and I did receive it that day. On 10/21/2022 (pickup day) I called at 4:55PM as my trash had not been picked up as scheduled. No one answered the phone and I could not leave a voicemail as it was full. On 10/24/2022 I called again. I was told that I would be receiving a phone call back regarding the issue. I never received said call. On 10/25/2022 I called in the morning and didn't receive an answer, and again I could not leave a message due to the voicemailbox being full. I called again at approximately 11:00am and was assured it would be picked up that day. Upon arriving home, it still had not been picked up. I was finally able to leave a voicemail at 8:36am this morning and as of 1:00pm have not received a call back.

      Called In July 2022 to cancel service with this company. New owners at business where dumpster is located and we no longer needed this service. Spoke with sales rep, Andres, who was very rude and yelled at me. After a week Andres assured me that our contract was cancelled and dumpster would be picked up. Received a bill in August (dumpster never picked up). Called and again was assured by Andres serviced was cancelled and it would be picked up and to disregard the bill. September we received another bill, this time from collections. Called again and was assured to disregard it. Chose to call and speak to someone else and she stated our contract was not cancelled and she would speak with **** *****, another manager. I then received a call from Andres that he was sorry, but it could not be cancelled and we owed those months (over $200). I informed him that was unacceptable and we already had another service we were paying for. He yelled at me multiple times, was very sarcastic and rude stating he was sorry. He eventually yelled and hung up on me. I have contacted asking to speak to **** ***** and have yet to receive a response and it is now October. I have never had such terrible customer service, unprofessional managers or been spoken to so disrespectfully by a company.

      Our records indicate that conversations have occurred by and between the *****' and Capital Waste Services employees, ****** ******** and ******* ****** We would never condone arguing with a customer or unprofessional behavior and our managers maintain that all correspondences have been courteous. The customer's acct has not been closed because there is a valid service agreement on file through 1/4/25. All information was given to the customer explaining cancellation policies, transfer of ownership policies, and liquidated damages owed to terminate the agreement before expiration.

      ****** explained that our account would be closed and that the change of ownership would cancel our contract. We verified this information with him multiple times and he assured us that it was handled. We did not need this size dumpster and proceeded with a different service to accommodate what we needed. ******* after 3 or more months, then decided our account could not be closed AFTER a new contact with a different company was signed. We were never given information about how to terminate the agreement nor did we agree to an autorenewal to a contract we didn't sign. We weren't even notified of a renewal.
      I can also assure you that the conversations were not courteous. He was extremely rude, yelled, and hung up on me multiple times.

      My complaint is my yard trash has not been picked up on 9/14/2022 or 9/23/2023. Yard trash per the service agreement is to be picked up weekly. This is not the first time this has happened. When I call customer service they always say oh they're running behind and they will pick it up sometime in the week. This of course never happens. My subdivision has an HOA so I have to remove the yard trash and hide it away for another week or so. When I asked to speak to the Manager which I believe his name is Keith they didn't give me his last name they sent me to his voicemail and I left a message for a callback. Keith never called me back. This company does not care about great customer service or any kind of customer service at all.

      On July 12th I signed up for trash services through cws. I paid $83.28 for service that was supposed to start on July 18th. I received a confirmation receipt on the same date. It is now July 29th they never dropped the trash cans off and or told me when my service day is. I have called the facility multiple times and left multiple voicemails over the past few weeks with no response. I have sent emails and messages through Facebook with no response. At this point capital waste services has stolen money and is ignoring me. This is a huge inconvenience because i have trash that's almost a month old and I'm out of $83.28. If they do eventually start my trash service i believe i am owed a portion of my money back because they haven't kept their end of the deal.

      We contacted Mr. ****** and left him a voicemail. The customer was prorated so his billing does not start until tomorrow. At this time, we do not owe the customer a refund.
