      I requested termination of service on 5/8/23 via phone. It is currently 6/13/23 and they still have yet to pick up my bin. Getting through their layer cake of corporate silos has been silly just to get a trash can removed from my business. I've done everything they have requested of me (sending certified cancellation letters, sending 6 months payment, etc). Still waiting to hear when they're going to be removing their bin from my office, and they cashed my cancellation check on 6/7/23. I could not be more disappointed with their services, or lack thereof.

      I called on 4/10/23, they quickly took my $89 the NEXT DAY and I was told 7-14 business days to have my bins delivered. My dates to get my bins kept getting rescheduled and still no bins after talking to the manager Angela on 5/5/23 saying I'll have them on 5/8/23 AND my initial payment refunded. It’s 5/9/23 and its now beyond ridiculous. How hard is it to communicate to someone "hey, deliver those trash bins" or is it just laziness? This company needs to be looked into, especially after the comments here are the same as mine?!?! I've already informed Lexington County about this because us citizens have no other choice but to use this company so as of now, they are stealing my money!

      Mr H*** bins have been delivered  they were delivered on 5.9.23 and he was provided with a credit for having waited this long for his bins.  I called an spoke with Mr. H*** and apologized for the delay in the delivery.

      Trying to set up new services. Called 4/6/23 and was told 7-14 days to have cans delivered. My service would start 4/27/23. That date came and went and still no cans. I call again and was told cans would be delivered 5/1/23 with service 5/4/23. That date has now come and gone and still no cans.. It’s now 2 weeks I’ve been charged for services I don’t have. How hard can it be to delivery a trash can!! This company is the worst but you have no other choice so they get away with crap service. Every time I call there is an excuse. Just delivery the can!!

      Have been contacting the office since early March asking for container to be emptied, even though we pay for weekly pick up. I have been told multiple times they would be out that never happens. Our container is overflowing & sits at the front of our business, so it is a huge eyesore. I have had drivers come & do a U-turn in front of the property but not service the container. I call practically every day & get the same run around. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. I have tried reaching multiple people - Stephanie at ext. 1108 Angela at ext. 1120 & Mandy at 250-2526 so many voicemails left but never a return call. Dispatch has supposably been notified of the issues however no one from there every call back either. Definatly the worst service for trash collection I have ever seen. Wish I could leave NO STARS!

      Worst service ever. I had service with them for about 5 years. They messed up my auto-pay at least 5 times and would forget to pick my trash up at least once every few months. Recently, they put a hold on my account for nonpayment without telling me. My account is not delinquent, but they still have it flagged as delinquent. I had trash sitting by the road for a month. I called them numerous times, but nothing was ever fixed. I canceled my service 2/27/23. I even got an email confirmation from Ms. Williams, but my account has not been closed and I have emailed them and called many times about it. They finally picked up the trash, but have not picked up the bin. I have had service with a new company for almost two months and their bin is still at the road waiting on pick up. I also have a credit on file and they owe me $21.86. Do not use this company.

      Capital Waste Services need to direct communications between departments from customer service, trash can drop off services, and trash collections. Upon initial contact with customer service I was informed it takes about two weeks / seven to ten days. I provided my card information to prepay to start service. After two weeks I started calling to ask for an updated status due to trash pulling up. Especially with new property items are being delivered daily it seems in boxes and plastic wrap. Plus I’m creating personal trash and freezing seafood and fish skin to keep from smelling up the garage. Week three I called the county. They sent a request over for service. I received a callback the next day. Another request was out in. I asked for a supervisor and a manager was told Mrs. Angela was unavailable. I finally out the trash on the curb in bags. They picked it up however no one gave that options.

      After waiting approximately 30 days / 4 weeks my trays cans were finally delivered. And they didn’t pickup all the recycling due to it not all fitting in the trash cans and being broken down and placed on the ground to scatter everywhere. So I’m waiting another two weeks for pickup or find another place to take them physically.

      We have attempted to resolve issues with Capital Waste Service for months. Our company had used them years ago and cancelled their service due to poor container service and customer service. We moved to Pascon. Well, CWS bought Pascon and our contract along with it.
      CWS documentation shows that between 9/22 and 1/23 there were several occasions where our container was serviced in 3-week intervals instead of 2-week intervals, which 2-week intervals is the service we pay for. We contacted the company to attempt to cancel our contract and they stated that the contract had to be cancelled in writing and that they would issue a refund. I was told in February that the refund was approved. I emailed in March and got no response.
      A few weeks ago, our container was marked as serviced but in fact it had not been because "a woman told the driver not to come back on the property". So, you have to cancel in writing, but someone can tell you not to come back on the property without follow up to with the company owner. I have no idea who that woman was.
      Back to the current problem, we have provided the written notice to terminate our contract in September. We have been waiting January or February of 2023 to receive a refund but they are still sending invoices.
      I recommend that no one does business with this company. You cannot contact them on the phone because of their "high volume of calls" and it is hit or miss if they will call you back or respond to an email.
      We have moved on to Republic Services and are thrilled with their service.

      After signing up for service 2+ weeks ago and paying $90.00 I have yet to receive my trash and recycling containers. I have called 3 times to have not one human answer and have left 3 voicemails as well as sending 3 emails with not one response. I have missed 2 weekly pickups. I would suggest removing reliable service of any sort from their advertisement as this company is far from reliable. It's completely unacceptable business. Remotely stating bins will be received within 7-14 days after paying for service is ridiculous

      I called the customer and have arranged for Trash and Recycle receptacles to be delivered on 3/29/23. She spoke with representatives on two different occasions concerning this issue. It was noted in the history of this account. I will attempt to reach her again today.

      Capital Waste Service went 3 weeks without picking up the trash in our neighborhood. I called, emailed, Facebook messaged them, and received no reply. In January of 2023, I faxed a cancellation notice. We also switched to a new service provider. Today, March 18, I received a billing statement for April, May, and June. The bill also showed a previous balance of $54. Capital Waste Service has very poor customer service and a bad reputation for customer pickup.

      Sick and tired of fighting for service and effective resolve.
      My recycling wasn’t being picked up in November and December. I called more than 20 times. I complained and they finally picked up the recycling. They ALSO PICKED UP MY BINS! It took me two more weeks to get my trash and recycling bins back.
      They said they were going to credit me two months service. That didn’t happen until March! I received a new quarterly bill and they credited two months but still tried to charge me for February. I cancelled my service February. The credit they applied was March and April when I am no longer in service with them.
      I would never do business with this company. It is ridiculous. They do not pick up, make promises they don’t keep, and try to charge you after you are no longer a customer. You’ll save yourself on average 400 a year.
