      Jaleesa was excellent, I waited on hold 18 min and when she finally answered, took less than 2 min start to stop to resolve the issue. Excellent service!

      I Love their products and prices. I am not a fan of their customer service department. Item ordered on 6/23. On 6/30 I received an email that the order was proccessing. There was an inventory issue with the item that I ordered. On 7/3 I received an email that shipping would be delayed one week. On 7/7 I recieved an email stating that they would send a substitute item or issue a refund. As of 7/14 the order still shows processing. After 4 seperate replies that I’ve sent to their email on 7/7, I have received nothing. No efforts to reply back to me, no product, no refund. Its a 2 hour drive from my residence to their nearest store. Twice I have driven to their nearest store only to find that the item that I desired was out of stock, even though it had shown in stock at that particular store. The first time I didn’t call first so that was on me. The second time I did call 5 times on my way to the store but no answer. In both instances the managers of the PSA store helped me out with satisfactory substitute so my hats off to the store managers. The actual customer service department of PSA however is in my opinion, horrible. How difficult is it to reply to my emails, issue a refund, or ship the substitute? As I stated before, as of 7/14 still no replies, refund or substitute item. Order still shows “processing”.

      Always accurate with products and the shipping is pretty fast. I have always had good experience with them. Called Donald at customer service and he was very helpful. I will be back.

      I ordered a full auto bolt and charging handle but discovered in my junk box that I had those very items. They were very nice to take them back, small restocking fee as I would expect. Prompt on the phone and good humored. top shop
