      I ordered a full auto bolt and charging handle but discovered in my junk box that I had those very items. They were very nice to take them back, small restocking fee as I would expect. Prompt on the phone and good humored. top shop

      You guys lost the returned scope mount and I’ve had talk call you guys 3 times so far to get the same answer that you will contact your warehouse… I did everything that was asked with the RMA and I hear nothing from you guys, don’t get my return money and worst case i didn’t even get the scope mount sent back to me. Pretty disappointing.. won’t be going through you guys anymore.

      Website and customer service are great but can’t say the same about in store experience… sellers are always rushing and not helpful as expected, maybe having some accent doesn’t help much…

      Was having trouble finding what I wanted on line any where. So I called my local PSA store within 5 minutes they informed me that they did not have the Item I was looking for but found it at another one of there locations . Excellent service and friendly staff. There number one go to thanks PSA

      Ms. Wanda in customer service assisted me and was able to get me a prompt answer from the PSA Summerville gunrangs folks in regards to a question that I had pertaining to spent brass. She was very helpful and friendly.
