      Well I called about a change in price and was greeted by miss Jessica W******* over the phone , she was very quick and resolved the issue and had the difference headed back to my account ! I can't get this type of service anywhere else ! Most places wouldn't even answer the phone !       Outstanding customer service and unmatched quality of products. Palmetto State Armory is entirely ethical and transparent, and goes the extra mile to provide their customers with an outstanding experience.       The hold time on the phone is very long, but once you get someone on the phone they are great! Courtney helped me and he was able to get my questions answered, and helped me cancel one order and get a replacement order entered. She was great!

      I think Palmetto State Armory is a great company, always have great deals on a wide variety of products, I like the bundle deals and especially the free shipping. They get the products shipped out pretty fast and mine have always been packaged good and I have never had any damage to anything so far, I am happy with all of my purchases with them and Eriqson in customer service is helpful. Thanks again guys for the Great Deals, keep up the good work, you are appreciated.
