      the items I received from Palmetto State Armory were very good quality and they were economically priced. i could find similar items on other dealers' websites that were 20 to 30 % higher in price. also, shipping was fast.

      I spoke with Camira to get started on sorting out an issue with my firearm. She was extremely helpful, polite, and got my repair process going right away. Very happy with the way customer service is handled at PSA.

      I have made several purchase from Palmetto State Armory and I have always been extremely satisfied. I recently made a purchase and a few magazines were left out of the order. I called customer service, there was about a 20 to 30 minute wait to get through, and I talked to Shai. She looked at my order and promptly got my magazines on the way to me. Shai did an excellent job.
