    The technician we had was fantastic but he was the only reason we stayed as long as we did. The customer service is horrific. I don't understand how a business can function the way they are running things in the office. We were charged for a service that was never provided and then harassed about a bill we didn't pay because the service wasn't provided. We eventually got it taken off our account but in the meantime we were removed from the service list because we had an "outstanding bill". When we finally got back on the service list after their mistake we found out the price had increased and we had a pest problem due to the lack of service. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

    This company is an absolute f****. I don’t even think they are a real company to be quite honest. Management stays home sick. They’ve missed numerous appointments without any communication and the termite bond that they had on my property resulted in severe termite infestation. Are you even treating any types of pests? You guys should be shut down immediately! Cancelling contract with you today!!

    We want to THANK ELI P******* for an outstanding job in what he does. His knowledge and professionalism performing our annual termite was exceptional, a 5 STAR job well done. He not only did what was expected but insured us that our termite protection will continue to be effective
    Eli serviced 21 locations and replaced 5 traps that required it. This is the first time that an service technician ever did this for us. We're very impressed with Clarks Termite and Pest Control company. Highly recommend them and Highly RECOMMEND ELI P*******. A JOB WELL DONE !!!!

    Good morning, today Mr, Michael R. ... the professional from Clark's came by to preform a quarterly inspection. I am so happy with this company, the people make the company, they are the face, so everything begins and ends with them.. He was very professional from the greeting of the day to the way he preformed his job to way he let me know the job is done. Very impressive..

    Now let me give some back ground. I am new to Clark's, been with the company now for about over a year. I had one of the national company for many years. Complacency set in and they forgot about me the customer. So after noticing more and more Clarks trucks in the neighborhood , I decided to give them and chance. They showed up and on time and from the start you could see the professionalism in their action, from the introduction with a hand shake, and the explanation of what they are going to do today. I stood by and watched, I was impressed.

    Jean was professional and courteous. He checked in with me at the start of the service and made sure I knew exactly what he was doing. After finishing he let me know he was done with the service and gave me his card in case I had any questions or problems.

    I've been with Clark's for almost 9 years for both mosquitoes as well as termite bait traps. During that time, I've seen good technicians (along with a few that were not so good) come and go. Our current technician, Steven Parham, has been with us for the last couple years doing a fantastic job! He has our bait traps straightened out, distanced properly, documented, and best of all - he actually takes the time to check each one! And I can't forget to mention that the customer service folks have also been very helpful and polite when I give them a call. They seem to be very proactive, making sure I'm taken care of.

    Eli P******* performed my annual termite inspection today. He was professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions about pest control. Then I signed a contract for him to handle that too - I look forward to him taking care of my pest control.
