  Do not make the mistake I did. I purchased the home that came with clarks as the termite servicer already. A couple years down the line when I go to sell the property I am told by 3 separate clarks employees their company isn't bonded in my state and can't provide a termite letter if I am not in South Carolina, Leaving the only option to hire a second termite company to insepect my already "Bonded" and inspected home to get a termite letter.
  They should not be able to work in states if they cant even do what is needed outside of south carolina.

  Keon C***** did a fantastic job! He let me know he was on his way. He was on time. He was very knowledgeable. He understood my concerns about last years service that I was not happy with. When he was finished he showed me his work and explained everything very well. It is very obvious that Keon takes his job seriously and takes pride in his work.   Our technician, Luke R. was extremely patient and cooperative. I was not at home when he called but he politely waited until I arrived. He was very careful around all my plants and shrubs as we had to uncover a few “hidden gems” which I had inadvertently mulched over. He is an extremely personable young man. You are quite blessed to have him as an employee!

  Our account representative, Sam T., is absolutely wonderful. She is a great communicator and does exactly as we hope. In fact she exceeds our expectations. The only problem is with the billing department. We always pay our bills promptly; however, we often receive some sort of late notice…long after the invoice has been paid.

  Jean came out to treat our home today. Not only was he friendly and efficient, he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He taught us a lot. He exceeded our expectations!

  What do I have to do to get you guys to answer your phone, or respond to an email?
  I have tried to call/get an appointment for 2 weeks now about termites in my house. I HAVE A NEW HOUSE AND A BOND WITH YOU!
  Trying to call your business is a waste of time. You never answer. All calls go to voicemail. You dont respond.
  The "one" time I got someone to pick up the phone it was someone in a call center who had zero information for me and could only schedule an appointment!
  I finally get an appointment for today between 3-5pm. You tech shows up at my house before 2PM and leaves a note on my door to call the office and start this all over again.
  What the are you guys doing?????
  I'll be joining the rest of my neighbors in firing you, and using a different company due to this complete disaster of customer service!
  Figures your portal is DOWN and I can't even get to my account.
  I am a customer of the North Charleston office in SC

  Steven Parham did an outstanding job reviewing all my termite bait boxes and replenishing 2 of them that were out of bait. He thoroughly checked all areas of my garage to make sure that I did not have any termite tunnels in the garage.
  Steven is very helpful in explaining the inspection process and finding all the bait posts. He demonstrated his professional knowledge of termites and how the tools prevent them from becoming a major problem.
  He shows that he cares about his customers and appreciates their business.
  I recommend him highly to manage your pest control problems.
  He was a joy to talk to and left me with the confidence in his work.
