    My team and I ordered shirts from PAG Marketing. We created and submitted the design and contacted PAG on the 19th in regards to getting them made. We were told they would be able to fulfill our order. Once we received our shirts we expressed our dissatisfaction with the sizing of the design and how it wasn’t what we requested per the messages and pictures sent and agreed Ed upon. When this was brought up we were told we would have to order new shirts even though the mistake was at no fault of our own. After multiple exchanged messages PAG said they would give us $8 back per shirt, when we paid about $33 per shirt, that we did not get back. It was overall a horrible experience considering we did not get what we requested, weren’t told of any concerns regarding the pixelation, then told we would have to pay to fix mistakes that we did not make nor knew anything about.

     The client reached out with a rush order that we did our best to fulfill within a short time frame.  In order to meet the requested deadline, we worked with the files that were provided by the client.  The refund of $8 per shirt was to cover the imprint area that the client was not happy with.  We did deliver the product in time for their event, which the client accepted and kept.  The individuals that picked up the shirts reviewed them before leaving our office and did not express any concerns.  We provided the refund as a courtesy, and it has been processed.
