    Kathleen Hoover, the owner of PAG Marketing is very unprofessional. She printed brochures for me. When I received them, the font was much smaller than it appeared on the proof. Since it was printed, shipped, and received, she said if I paid the invoiceof $270, she would have a master redone for me with the larger font which I sent her from a previous brochureat no charge. . She sent it again with the small font. I have been trying to call her and email her for over 2 weeks leaving messages. She refused to answer my calls or email. I tried resolving this but when she refuses to respond, I would prefer the master to take to another printer which is one of her options for only $25 If she no longer wants to do business with me, I would appreciate a refund of the $270 that I paid.
