    Phenomenal customer service! My order was never delivered due to **** mistakes. And the **** never got back to my formal complaint and dispute. And I was pleasantly surprised that Muscle and Strength took it upon themselves to file a dispute directly with the **** and sent me a replacement order right away without question while awaiting the dispute. I am very pleased with this company and Joey responded very promptly. Definitely got a long term customer here. Two thumbs up!

    I was skeptical at first, but this was a smooth transaction, I received the exact product and the amount that I ordered in good condition. It also arrived much sooner than expected.

    Ordered and paid for 2 bottles of protein powder but received just one. There was only one bottle of protein powder listed on the packaging slip, so I was sure it was not an innocent mistake but intentional, but I did not get any communication on that.
    I sent an email to them what’s going on, they said one of them was out of stock.
    ???
    They offered refund for one or ship different flavour instead ONLY AFTER I complained.
    I do not understand why they changed for two then, why they didn’t notify me that it was out of stock and refunded then.
    I chose refund since I didn’t like any other flavours left in stock.
    They charged me the full shipping fee anyway. I would not have ordered at the first place or cancelled the order if I knew I was paying for the full shipping for a tiny little bottle.
    They are so shady. I’m over them. Never again buy from them.

    I've consistently had issues with the way they store their products. Every time I receive an order, 2-3 items are damaged, with powders crumbling inside. It’s evident that poor storage conditions, likely due to high humidity, are causing these problems. This needs immediate attention to improve quality control and ensure that customers receive products in better condition.

    I ordered my protein powder from their company on Memorial Day weekend of this year June 1st of 2024. They were supposed to shipping it out 24 -48 hours later.

    After 5 days I contacted the company and was responded to by Luke. He assured me that it would be shipped out that night June 05th of 2024 and sitting my at my door by EOB June 10th 2024. We'll they lied and my protein is not on my door steep and is still in waiting to be delivered by Fed Ex.

    This is the last time I will be using this company as I have had multiple shipping problems with sending my order out on time for the delivery method I have paid for.

    THe flavour is wrong. I got it shippped from US and the delivery is not on time there was no word of business days in the website. They charged me customs again after giving 37+USD for delivery. The same website also delivers in India. They should have defalut setting. Anyways, cheater group. DONT BUY
