      We decided to use Waldrop for our HVAC needs. The technicians, Jacob and Gustavo came on time and were very professional. Jacob was respectful of my home, wore shoe covers, and cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done. The repair was completed efficiently, and my system is now running better than ever.

      Waldo had a plumber, Stephan, come to our aid the same day I called in! He was able to identify the problem, had the parts on his truck, and the time to correct the issue. Great person, I would have him back to do any work that needs to be done!

      I've been having problems with my A/C for a while and it finally stopped on the hottest week of the year. I called Waldrop and they send Brandon (******) over. He arrived on time, gave my unit a thorough inspection and then provided me with options. He was very helpful and explained everything in detail. So much so, I had (Josh-*****) the engineerr come out to look at replacing the entire system in lieu of a repair. After Josh looked at it he felt that it just needed to have new ductwork to the unit installed. He set it up right then. He also noted that I had a significant leak under the house. Sadly, the previous company did not back their work and after 10k 3 years ago, I'm having to look at a replacement! I'm thrilled I was referred to Waldrop!
      Service 2 - Plumbing: Joseph (******) arrived on time Saturday to fix my leak. After looking he gave me the emergency fix price or the complete repair price. Once I gave him the go ahead he fixed it immediately.
      Service 3 - AC Ductwork. Jacob (*****) arrived on site with his crew Caleb and Gustavo to reinstall my ac unit correctly. They spent 4 hours redoing the system and its amazing how well it's working. It hasn't worked this well from the original install 3 years ago. After spending 10k with another service that didn't do it right, make sure you chose the right service company from the beginning!
      I wish there were more stars to give these guys. They were all outstanding! The service level was amazing, friendly and took the time to review options, and to show me what was wrong. That is rare.

      David and Peter done a excellent job on plumbing in our tub they changed out our 35 year old fixtures and added a open close panel and installed a open close valve where I don't have to go outside and shut the water off , they are very professional and explains everything well , if I need anything else's done in the future these two guys are the one I'm asking for.

      Jacob and Gustavo cleaned our air conditioner ducts today. We are more than satisfied with their work and the efficiency of their work. They delivered an outstanding service. The same goes for Parker and his team who removed our old system and replaced it with a new one the previous day.
      Altogether the Waldrop company held what they promised in their advertisements. We can highly recommend them.

      Blake was very conscientious in conducting our plumbing inspection. He spent plenty of time making sure our plumbing systems were properly inspected and recommended a fix to one area that was not functioning safely and installed a replacement part to fix that problem.
