Waldron is a great company! Had a plumber available the day regarding our leak under the sink. Warren Rex did a great job informing us of the problem and gave us lots of great advice on how to fix it with price quotes in the spot. Will use them again as needed!Waldrop Plumbing, Heating, Air

Chris was very knowledgeable and quickly recognized and address the problem with the condensate drain. He also suggested another repair to improve the air quality in the basement. Waldrop is following up on that later today. Very happy with the service.Waldrop Plumbing, Heating, Air

Scott H****** is amazing. Our air went out on Friday night; he was here Saturday and found out what was wrong. However, they had to order the needed parts for our unit. After several days of waiting on the parts, Scott came right over and got our unit back up and running quickly. After working for over an hour in our HOT attic on the repair, he checked the outside unit to make sure everything was working properly. Scott was very thorough and made sure we were completely satisfied before he left. He is a great repair person and a valuable asset for Waldrop. Thank you Scott!!! Everytime we have Waldrop out to do work they knock it out of park. From the call center to the guys in field they are all top notch. Blake was here to do an install and he was very curtiious, professional and represented Waldrop very well.
