Waldrop did a great job of handling any issues I had. I want to say that Jon, Amy and Ashley were terrific! They all three were great at listening to me, all very professional and should be commended for their terrific customer service.
It is hard in today’s world finding anyone that has any customer service skills at all.
Jon and Amy allowed me to explain some concerns I had and took care of them. It has been a pleasure to deal with them and I want this review to be sent up to their managers and have them rewarded for their efforts and service.
It’s Wonderful to actually receive great customer service!!!

Holden just came for our yearly heating/air checkup. Excellent service and attention to detail, plus a charming, knowledgeable and delightful man. Trey and Emmett provided great service. They explained what they were doing and worked nonstop to replace my pipes. They also tested the pipes and the dishwasher to make sure there were no leaks or fixture defects. I was very pleased with the outcome!Waldrop Plumbing, Heating, Air
