Waldrop has always done a professional, efficient job when they come. This is the second time that Clark has been my technician and he has been great. He is friendly, easy to talk to, and always does a thorough job.All the service techs have been great. Highly recommend this company.

Had the great pleasure of working with Clark yesterday. He came to do our routine HVAC inspection and did a tremendous job! He was very thorough, conscientious and polite. He patiently explained his findings/recommendations to me and then emailed them so I could discuss them with my spouse later before making a decision. Nick responded for our service call and he was Great! He immediately went to work after fully explaining his process. He found the problem, corrected it and explained what he found and how he corrected the problem. We were completely satisfied with Nick and Waldrops should be very proud of an employee who is so pleasant and efficient as Nick! We had a frozen pipe. Romo and Chad were sent. They came out exactly when they said, assessed the problem and were able to thaw the pipe without any expensive repairs. They also gave me advice about how to insulate to prevent further problems. They were very professional and helpful and reasonably priced.Waldrop Plumbing, Heating, Air
