2 starsOver the years I have seen declining quality of service with Waldrop but after switching to another company, the service man brought down my old filters and UV bulbs (pure air unit items to be replaced annually)
It is Jan 2024 and I have had twice annual service on contract since my unit was installed about a decade ago. The filter, catalyst, and UV lights are supposed to be replaced annually.
One set of UV lights had been unused and left in the attic, and the catalyst had not been replaced since 2022 based on the faded writing on the cardboard. I had ensured there was always a fresh filter and parts kit waiting for them. I paid a lot for this system and kept on maintenance plan to keep it going. I also always had trouble getting accurate service reports.
The service contract on the other company is less expensive AND they, unlike Waldrop (who installed and maintained our system), are a ****** certified dealer.Review fromJean O

Holden was with us today for our Semi.annual HVAC
Service.. He knows he stuff.
He service the system, replaced a part, all done in a timely manor. He was.friendly and courtesy.

Excellent service. On time. Team Cole and Trey were polite and courteous and answered all questions I had in a professional manner. They worked steadily replacing three toilets, installing a garbage disposal and running a water line to my backyard. I was very pleased with the work in every room and outside. Everything works splendidly and all was completed in one day. I would highly recommend Waldrop for any of your plumbing needs.Waldrop Plumbing, Heating, Air
