I dropped off my ******** ***** on Oct 5, 2023. There is currently no date of resolution. I have reached out to multiple levels of management, and management at ******** at well. I am at a loss and could really use help.Business Response

I bought my camper last year in April at Sonny' s camp and travel in Duncan SC, We went camping in May at ****** ***** SC and the bathroom facuet was leaking behind the wall and leaking into the floor under cabinet at fridge. We finally figured it out and fixed it ourself. the next time we went camping in July to Florida the cabinet above the bed came down and we tried our best to fix that , the next time we went camping was in Dec. 2022 and had alot of rain and the camper on the inside got soaked because of the roof ,and the kitchen facuet wood not work and the heater I then called Sonny's in Duncan SC and Kara gave me an app. for Jan 16th to bring it up and get it fixed , still under waranty , I told her I need it back in March 30th for a planned trip. Kara never called me so at the end of Feb. I called Kara and they hadn't even taken it into the bay to be checked out, Kara never called me back so I called her again middle of March she said it would be another month so at the end of April I called because Kara does not call me , She told me it would be another month, now she finally called May 2nd 2023 and told me the tech broke his hand and no one is their to fix my camper so now I don't know when of if I will get my camper back.Business Response

I filed a complaint with BBB on May 03 2023 about my camper at Sonny's camp & Travel in Duncan SC. I took my camper there to get fixed in January 16 2023, I still have not gotten my camper back. I talked to Alex - service manager after the complaint and he told me my camper would be fixed the next week, this was the second week in May, he told me he would call me that Wednesday on when to come and pick it up., I told him to leave me a message because I was having a biopsy done for breast cancer. Well needless to say Alex never called back and to this day I still haven't heard from Alex. This is the norm with the service department - Kara never returns my call. I think 4 months, now going on 5 months is long enough to fix a brand new camper. I just don't understand why it is not ready.Business Response

**** ******This is the same answer they give me every time along with the part came in but it was wrong part and then finally it is right part according to Kara and she says 3 times the charm. Now they order something and tells me it will be several weeks . No I don't accept anymore excuess from them (Kara) I believe they are doing other jobs and putting mine on hold , because I have read the complaints from other people.6 months now is how long they have had it. I am making payments on somethin I cant even use.

**** ******Because every time I talk to Kara it is the same excuse , the panel came in with the wrong color and we had to order it again, I have heard this 3 times already. And now Kara tells me that she hasn't seen the tec. that is supossed to work on the camper in a few weeks. and said that a different tec. will start on it Friday 6/9 . and that it will be done next week for me to pick up. I also heard this at the beginning of May twice. But apparently they haven't worked on the camper in over a month or more, I don't know what to believe any more . is there reason for not working on it is because I am an older woman and they think that I don't need it , I would't have bought it if i didn't want to use itKara did tell me one time that warranty work comes first. I don't understand that because mine is new under warranty it is due for maintance on it but I can't even do that right now. thanks **** ******

**** ******I have been told by Kara and Alex before that my camper would be ready at a certain time, and it wasn't. So once again I do not accept the answer from Kara. She has a bad habit of telling me the same story or that they have no one to work on it , so no I do not accept . If they get the camper fixed this week that will be the best news I have gotten since January , well except that I don't have breast cancer, that was the best news. But it would be nice to finally get the camper back and have all the problems fixed. we will see, Thanks ****

On Feb 24th 2023 I purchased a new camper from Sonny's RV in Duncan, SC. When I got it home, my wife and I were going through it and found a tear in the couch. I called Jevon B***** as soon as I found it and also sent him a picture of the tears (2) in the couch. I was told by Jevon that this was not a problem and they would get me another right away. It's been 2 months now. I've call two more times since then with no answer or call back. Not to mention that they still owe me parts from the original purchase.
Once they get your money, they want nothing else to do with you. At this time I couldn't with good feelings recommend anyone to do business with them.
After reading other reviews this seems to be a pattern with their service department.Business Response

Bought a travel trailer in October 2022 that needed replacement parts. Dealer gave a we owe paper but never reached out to provide owed parts. Took nearly a week before anyone actually answered the phone. I was told that they needed to check into it and would call me back in 2 hours. Never retuened my call with any updates. After 4 left messages with their service department i finally had to call the sales manager to get a call back. I was finally able to confirm and get updates on my owed parts. a fireplace and fender skirting. Parts were shipped after waiting over 2 months but did not contain all the owed parts. Once again left multiple voice mails only to have no one call me back. I lucked up and had Alex in service/parts answer who confirmed that the part owed was thre and had been with the fender piece, but they claimed they did not know it was mine although i was told they were in the same container together. Alex then promised to call me the next day as he said it would be to expensive to ship the part, although this had been agreed upon during the sale, that or salesman John B**** delivering it himself. I am once again unable to get the sales or service department to answer my calls or return voicemails. I tried the website text us feature also without a return text other than an automated we are busy message. Part owed is significant in price, $400 or more with shipping if i have to pay.Business Response
