    Absolutely awful place to rent from terrible communication Awful professionalism Drag their feet when it comes to fixing things This company only wants the money even if you pay on time they still are useless The company is just bad managed all around I even got the owner of DPM involved hoping he would help resolve the issue and still no luck but the moment we withhold rent they have the grounds to evict us over none payment but as renters we have no grounds to withhold payment or get the issues resolved meaning we are left to suffer when we pay each month with no trouble at all it's just unfair to sign a lease that we have to uphold but they can go against their own lease agreement at any time what kind of laws are made to able the bad business of a property management company but no laws can help the renters who pay to keep the bad property management company in business Duncan property management has a lot of bad reviews which all contain some type of complaints On Duncan property managements professionalism communication fixing things and care They don't care the home has issues because they believe there are no consequences for what they do to the people who rent from them This company should be under investigation for numerous violations to the homes and renters over their years in business We have been waiting for some type of help regarding our homes HVAC system since May we were told September which has come and gone and still no response we reach out to the office only to get attitude because we are calling about a issue that should have been resolved already I just want Duncan property management held to the same standards of the lease agreement just like we hold up our end of the lease agreement by maintaining the property and the up keep of the home but the repairs needed are beyond our lease agreement which is supposed to be solved by the useless company we rent from Duncan Property Management Beware of this company before renting they are crooks
