      I've had nothing but good experiences with esaleRugs. I've always be satisfied with both their products and service. It's my go-to spot for any floor coverings. I've purchased at least a dozen rugs. Usually in the antique/persian section. I experienced a lost shipment via ***** and eSaleRugs was most helpful and promptly investigated the shipment and reimbursed me immediately.

      Very disappointed in my rug and service. I ordered a round rug which arrived wrapped in plastic, wrinkled and edges stretched beyond fixing. Was given advice to flatten but when the rug edges have been so badly creased and stretched there is no way to flatten. Ive had on floor over two months and the edges will not flatten due to stretched condition. Apologies do not flatten my rug.Do not recommend purchasing from this company because in my experience they do not stand behind their products. Very dissatisfied.

      I received my rug today and messaged the company right away , thinking I received the wrong rug. The one I ordered was a two toned tan and brown with a high low pile. What I received was not what was pictured on there web sight. When I questioned them they said there pictures were professionally take under great lighting changing the coloring a bit. Sorry but I call BS.. then she said I needed to vacuum it in the opposite direction too and I would then see the difference.. The worst customer service ?? do not order from this company... By the way I didn't even want them to get one star they deserve none..

      Echoing the other remarks here - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Very rude exchange. Tried to return a rug mat for store credit. - not even asking for refund. . Because it was 2 weeks beyond the 30d window they offered store credit for only half the cost. So Why was my return delayed? 1) Because the rug I ordered to go with it NEVER ARRIVED. It remained in processing status. I had to contact them when it didnt ship after 10 days. 2) Stupidly, I ordered another rug to go with it. Come to find the mat I bought was too small anyway!. You have been warned.

      I order two rugs from this company. They faded within 9 months. When I contacted them they said they are supposed to fade and just torn them 180 degrees. What? They said they can give me 15 % off new rigs. What? Terrible cost service and product. Going to tj maxx would be betterbelieve me. Do NOT order from them!

      Worst customer support I've experienced in quite a while. When ordering, they had a late month ship date so I made arrangements to receive the shipment. They moved shipment up - without notice - two weeks causing me major stress, aggravation, and in essence said, "not our problem call ******* When I called ***** they said there were special requirements on the shipment and they couldn't change it without eSalesRugs changing it. I called eSalesRugs back, they told me to wait until ***** contacts me because they can't deliver it OR pay them $18/carpet - NOT TRACKING NUMBER, 3 trk #'s vs 4 carpets - and they would change delivery. NO HELP AT ALL! So I'm now curious if I'll ever see my $600+ shipment and will update later. BTW, horrible communication skills by 2 of the 3 people I spoke with. Wish I had checked into them prior to using them.

      I believe in accountability. I am disappointed with esalerugs.com and their customer service. I do not want others to purchase a rug from this company and find themselves in the same situation. I purchased a beautiful outdoor rug in June 2022. However, within a month I noticed that the bottom of my feet were turning blue when I walked on the rug barefoot. Once I noticed this, I vacuumed the rug to see if this would solve the problem. It did not and I contacted the company. First they told me I should have the rug cleaned. I called a cleaning company and explained my problem. The owner of the company said he would not clean my rug. He was concerned the colors would bleed and ruin the rug. Once I shared this, the Customer Specialist told me that I ruined the rug by vacuuming it. I explained that I did not vacuum the rug until the problem existed. The best the company can do is offer me a 15% discount on a new rug. I do not trust that a new rug will be any different. Then I will have 2 rugs that turn my feet blue!This company responds to my problem by sending me a message that "we apologize for this inconvenience." This is not satisfactory.Buyer beware!

      I placed an order and the shipping label had my incorrect address and my package is out there not being delivered. Ive spoken to 2 different people and theyre telling me that I have to pay $18 for a mistake that they made. I just want my refund.

      I have tried to buy two different rugs at two different times through the website. Both times I was charged double! I have just spent the last 45 minutes trying to get through to someone on the phone and chatting with someone through the site. I got absolutely nowhere! I would like to return a rug that I have not purchased and its impossible! Pretty frustrated right now!
