      The rug was just okay but I ordered two by mistake the first order I didn't think it took cuz the website went down so I did it again well I ordered two I got in touch with them and said I only wanted one and to refund the money for the second well they sent two rugs and so I sent the other one back after I got the shipping label from them and it's been ****************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** I have the ***** tracking number saying that they received the rug and now they're saying that they did not and I've been blocked do not do business with this company they're not affiliated with the better Business bureau their thieves and crooks their customer service ***** and the rug are cheap be aware

      Purchased two rugs from this company. The larger 9x12 rug came folded like a piece of paper, into quarters, then squeezed into a tight plastic bag. This rug is so stretched out of shape it will never lay flat. It has created a dangerous situation in my home. Their reply, "send us a picture". NOW THEIR EMAIL HAS DISAPPEARED AND I CAN NOT REPLY. Never again will I do business with eSaleRugs. This has created an enormous problem for this elderly couple.

      This is a terrible company. If you have a return over 30 days, ,you will not have a free return and in addition you will have to pay a 25% restocking fee. I think this is so unethical. Be careful and do not order from them.

      I placed an order to Esalerugs late on July 4th. Within hours I realized the rugs I ordered were white and not beige. The description said beige but in another area it stated that predominate color was white. I totally missed that....my fault. 1AM on July 5th, literally hours after placing order; I cancelled. Most companies only charge once shipped. Esalerugs charges nearly before you log out! Anyway, I received the cancellation notice with a cancellation number. I was also advised IN WRITING , I would receive my refund in 2-3 working days which calculates to the 8th of July.I allowed some wiggle room and called on the 8th. I was told either that day or Monday, the 11th.Called on the 11th and was told **** working days from the 11th! It had already been 4 days and they were starting me over!!!! Yesterday, the 12th they told me "today". I have yet to receive my refund and my credit card **** is due. These people stink. They are quick to take your money but are not customer friendly in returning it. I can't speak for the product as I never received it, but I can say DON'T TRY TO CANCEL!!!! Very poor customer service.

      I've purchased 3 large rugs over one year ago and I just ordered a forth one for my addition. The rugs I bought were all under $100 and considering the quality is pretty decent. All the rugs I bought are were either on closeout or some other type of sale.I bought two 8x10 feet rug, both styles are overdue and the colors of both are very vibrant and just as advertised. The 3. Rug I bought was a traditional rug in beige and blue tones, also overdyed. This rug arrived a bit lighter than the picture in the ad, but I'm still happy with it.I am absolutely happy with my purchases, of course they are not top notch quality rugs, but they were cheap and look and feel good.I will get my 4th rug in a couple of days and look forward to it. Again I bought a "final sale" a 5x8 rug for $32. There is no reason to complain.
