911 took $600 dollar payment online for driving school in April of 23....I live in ** so my ex wife took our daughter to the 1st class in June of 23 and my ex-wife was asked to sign a contract in which she agreed to use up the 6 hours of driving within a six month period. The problem with that is they already took my money and no where on the website does it state that their is a limited time to use up the hours back in april.....I have screen shots of all their pages on the website and nothing shows any time limits. I am the one that paid for the service not my ex wife and I am the one who should have been asked to sign the agreement since I was clearly the payee. My daughter has dyslexia and is on a EAP in school and with all of her home work etc she just could not fit in the driving time within those 6 months and she only used 2 of the 8 hours we purchased for $600

We signed my son up for 911 Driving School at the end of 2022. He was a high school senior and working. We immediately helped him sign up for the 8 hour classroom instruction for a Saturday in December of 2022, expecting that he would be able to then get road instruction through the spring and summer of 2023 and be driving before he started college in the fall semester of 2023. He went to the classroom and learned some things about general driving safety and standard traffic laws. The instructor of that class told students that they should have 30 HOURS of road time BEFORE trying to schedule classes with police officers. Although this was a strange request, I took him to practice some before he started looking to schedule his road hours. After we practiced through the spring, he went online to schedule and they said it had been 180 days since class so he would need a $95 reinstatement fee. So he paid the fee. Immediately after he paid the fee, he looked online to schedule and there was ZERO availability for the foreseeable future (months). Keep in mind, hes leaving for college out of town by August. I called them today to ask about a refund or partial refund from the $690 we paid them for a service in which clearly they dont have the resources to provide for the amount of students they have sign up. I was stonewalled by a lady with a dog barking in the background, going on about the contract, they dont give refunds, it was our fault, etc. I suggest you read this contract with a fine-toothed comb (or a lawyer), because, even though you pay an exorbitant amount of money for this, they have no obligation to provide the service and they are happy to keep your money, even if they dont offer availability. Look at their response to other customers with the same issue. They are emotional and degrading. Dont be fooled by them offering police officer instruction. Other local driving schools are more competent, friendly, and resourceful.
