      I registered my son in this school knowing I was going to pay more but wanted the convenience of it being close to home. Upon completing the 8 hour class, I got my sons login information to help him get his drives scheduled. They told me that I needed to check availability weekly because it changes often but after two weeks of checking, I noticed that no classes were ever available outside of his school hours. Weekends never had availability and I was so confused how we were going to make it work. We travel alot and have busy schedules so staying on top of this was something I didnt want to go by the waste side. I wasn't sure how this was going to work, to which my response was...can you come today at 4:30?I finally got a response from owner stating a refund will be processed. No amount to how much or when. Next thing I know they gave me $210 refund meaning they charge $290 for the 8hr class my son took.Owner **** called today with the worse attitude I have ever experienced. Told him i was a single mother just trying to get my son scheduled. Then the part that is even worse and for this alone...all i can say is I pray for him. As a man that feels like he knows it all, he said word of advice for you as a single mother.. if you want people to help you, maybe check yourself and not be so difficult and people may want to help. My mouth hit the floor that a manager would say that. He explained his years of experience and said I was the most difficult person to work with. I asked him...did you even read my emails??? Nothing I said was out of line, like what are you talking about???? He didn't know i've only been offered one solution of one class a few hours before it started because he acted like i've been given so many solutions so all they could do now was give me a partial refund. He just said you can think what you want but this is just what it is. I can no longer help you. Bad business who using police officers as staff as their selling point. stay away

      ********************* has completely misrepresented our conversation and twisted it to feed into her emotional state.  It's very unfortunate to see this from her.  We were trying to help her and release her from her contractual obligation since nothing we offered her was acceptable, and we offered her numerous times that were never good enough, though you would not know that by the way she misrepresented us in this "review."  We even took the time to graciously explain to her how our refunds work and why we do not offer refunds, as stated in her contract she signed.  All of which is information that is no one's business but we wanted to help her understand and in our conversation it seemed she did and even perhaps appreciated it.  Yet, here we are.  We cannot please everyone, especially customers who come with a self entiteled attitude dictating to businesses how they should run and force their personal expectations onto the business.  The BBB continues to be a platform for such miserable people and we have no interest in putting our time and energy here.  This will be our only response.

      Of course this will be his only response as he continues to speak negatively of me when all I wanted was an answer. I have all the emails to prove that my questions were never answered and I was offered one afternoon time 4 hours before the drive and obviously we couldnt make it. He did not offer many solutions and explanations. They offered one time and phone call was to tell me how wrong I am and tell me what a difficult person I am not to explain anything. I got a refund that wont even cover the cost to go to another school. That is not a solution nor is explaining that all other schools charge differently but them (how convenient). At the end of the day he charged $300 for a drivers Ed ***** then had the nerve to say he lost money releasing me from my contract when its not what I asked for in the first place. He said because I emailed them so much (asking how do I handle this) that they are reluctant to help me so he wasnt going to do anything else. His mind and position on situation was made up even though he had NEVER spoken to me and no solution to benefit anyone but himself was ever intended. I did NOT ask for a refund as the solution he chose it because they obviously take money from customers knowing they dont have the staff to accommodate the scheduling of the drives. After digging in to the business further, the reviews for the same complaint are everywhere. They got tired of me asking what should I do to schedule my son that by the 3rd/4th time his solution was to give a partial refund without even picking up the phone to discuss with me. I in no way shape or form was out of character. But making it a point to let people know how terrible they are is definitely out of character for me. He went that far that I will do what I can to make sure people know. 911 driving school in ********* is BAD Business and **** the owner is a bad owner. I serve my community and many kids in it and there will never be an excuse to justify how he spoke to me especially when his customer just wants to know how the heck do I get my son scheduled. I am completely baffled and promise I will do what I can so people dont waste their money. People please STAY AWAY and do your research, the complaints are there. They DO NOT have enough officers working for them to justify the amount of students they take in and/or officers that are willing to work those hours. You will be left struggling. There are many other schools that wont take your money and have times available.
