      Broadstreet is a horrible company with no communication skills or ****************** skills! We signed our contract to build our home in Nov 2022, never met any milestones. We went thru 3 different project managers with no update or communication about it. Also, when my husband and I walked through the house WE found the mistakes not the construction/project manager. So again no attention to details. We decided to walk away from the home in Nov 2024 when they still wouldnt give us a final date. But as any dirty home builder does they kept our deposit because thats what they do! Here it is May 2024, just drive by and the house STILL isnt done! Plus. They got some new poor family under contract. This company NEEDS to be STOPPED!

      Very poor to non existent communication, signed the paperwork to build our home in June 2022, decided to cancel our contract in August 2023, after health crisis and constant push back on when house would be finished. Slab was pored approximately January 2023 then was told they were having trouble getting supplies and staff to work on house. Tried to get deposit back but no go.Would not recommend.

      Horrible builder who missed every milestone. Signed a contract Nov 2022 to build a house and move in Sep 2023. As of Oct, 2023 the foundation is still not done. There's no accountability and they all make excuses for the countless delays. I have proof, this is a real scenario. My 4 kids and family sold our house and now are out of luck. Broadstreet is poorly run and probably going bankrupt.
