    Mar/Apr 2023 Drakes did $30,000 plus paving job patio area. We had leftover pavers and fill. Told ********************* we would use to continue driveway next year (2024). Mar7 2024 called Drakes for estimate. Spoke with **** who was new employee but would be doing paver jobs. **** and ***** came out same day in PM to look at job. 4 more pallets of Savannah ******** pavers needed plus required fill material. ***** suggested 2linear drains also. ***** requested $6,000.00 to order materials. In good faith we paid with check. He would provide us with full estimate by tomorrow.Mar 11 - called Drakes AM ? status of estimate. Spoke with ****. Had estimate ready. $19,364.39 total. agreed to same. Pavers would take 2-3 weeks to get. **** comes by in PM to say pavers ordered. Requests additional $4000.00 for down payment per *****. paid in good faith by check. Mar 18 **** and crew arrive PM to remove old concrete driveway. ***** arrives to request more money for labor. ************** half now and other half when job finished. Total labor on estimate $12000.00. Told ***** to date had already paid $2600.00 toward labor. He said then give me check for $4600.00. Did so in good faith.Mar 19 - **** and crew clean up rest old driveway.Apr 4 - call Drakes check status pavers as now 21/2 weeks. **** will check with Site One.Apr 10 - call Drakes to check status pavers as no call back since Apr 4. Told on the road.Apr 15 16 17 **** and crew prep driveway base. Apr 19 **** calls from *******. Wrong pavers ordered. Another 1-2 weeks get correct ones.Apr ****************************************************Apr 29 SiteOne calls pavers in. Inquire cost for them to deliver $170.00. We willing to pay. Since on Drakes account he has to call for Ok to release. He will call *****.Apr 30 spoke ******* at Drakes. Repeated we would pay to have delivered.May 2 per ******* Drakes to pick up pavers tomorrow finish driveway.May 3 no show.May 6&7 calls to Drakes. No response.
