    Upon purchasing a new home in ******** Inlet, we went upon the Journey to find a reputable and reliable contractor whom would be a great long term vendor. Our expectations are simple. Say what you mean, do what you say, and appear to care about our business. Being a small business owner myself these are basic tenants of business success.We thought upon conversation on-site we had found that in Drakes. We contracted for $7,500 work with them. As of today about $3,100 of it was billed without completion fully knowing the work wasnt completed. They were able to do this as they also were doing our yard care and had our ****** big mistake). By law you arent allowed to bill without completion unless client authorized it. We did NOT! To us personally it feels like theft.Follow up has been an utter disaster and nonexistent. We have gone by their shop twice to try and resolve with no follow even after face to face conversations.On our yard care after 5 weeks we discovered that they have paid zero attention too to our sprinkler system being set up or on. Sprinklers were to be redone due to builder not getting full coverage on spray patterns.. This was part of our contract.So we sit in a place have them owing us roughly $3,000 and no communication , or scheduling to address their contractual obligations.We have terminated their services for breach of contract and will be seeking remedies in all manner to receive our money they took from us without completion or authorization to bill.We had hoped for better. I hope this review helps future people tread lightly when considering contractors.1
